Total scam ordered on 2/21/23 and they sent shipping confirmation on 2/28/23 after I wrote an email about being a scam. The shipping confirmation was fake with fake tracking info.

is nothing but 5 stars! Really? I placed an order with the mystery box included on March 4th. I even paid for express shipping!! After 4 days without hearing from them, I sent a message and received a notification email that same day that says my order has been shipped. I tracked my order and it stated "on the way," but hasn't been progressing for days.. It shows no details of current destination. It's been 2 weeks and no shipment. I called the customer service number, it's pointless! I located their address in Texas and it looks to have nothing to do with Pufflyshop. Any returns ships to an address in China. Nohing makes sense. It's a scam!

It's a SCAM: They say they have a 24h customer service. Idid a purchase: I sent 4 emails: they NEVER answered.When you call, there's ALWAYS a voice message. They sent me a email to let me know that my purchase has been sent, without ANY TRACKING NUMBER, and I NEVEER received it.
