I purchased the water bottle a year ago and it leaked which they replaced but then it started to go brown and full of bacteria where it cannot be opened to wash and clean. I wrote to the company asking how to remove this brown bacteria and they simply ignored my email. Such a shame as it was such a nice looking compact water bottle which received many compliments but sadly had to tell all at the dog park not to waste their money
