Avoid 100%. Total Scam. System/Company run profiles

Pukbo.com is a dating site run by Take Two Digital Ltd based in Cyprus and claims "is the all-new dating site currently featuring one of the fastest-growing online dating and chat communities."

However, it is basically a scam 100%.

You are very unlikely chatting to anyone real that you think you might meet. Instead, most likely one of the "system" (company)-run profiles.

Section 10 of their "Terms and conditions" published on their homepage reads "The Company operates system profiles (i.e. profiles connected to Accounts which have been created by the Company and which are either operated by contractors of the Company who impersonate the persons portrayed in such profiles or by a system designed to interact with users) and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience. Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited. The user further acknowledges that the Company may utilize and/or analyse the interactions the user has with such profiles in order to enhance his experience on the Site. Further details in connection to the use of such interactions by the Company may be found in the Company’s privacy notice."

In other words and in my view this is deception, you are not chatting to a "user" that maybe local to you, you are chatting to a company contractor probably based in Cyprus or elsewhere. It is not possible to identify whom is a "system" run profile or someone likely to be a real profile. It is a scam.

I signed up and paid for 3 months (£59.99) and soon learned how it works. I have engaged with 10 or more "users" but most of the time they show as "online" (green dot) and you have replied hours even a day earlier but don't reply until at least a day or 2 has passed. All part of a tactic in my view to make the conversation protracted and remain on past the 14 day cancellation period from when you subscribe as after that, you are unlikely to get any partial refund back and need to run with the rest of the subscription.

I contacted their Customer Services and asked how to identify system profiles and suggested this is bordering on fraudulent behaviour, it is definitely deception. Their response:
"Dear customer,
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, all reasonable efforts and procedures are in place to ensure that profiles are created in line with our policies. However, all users must ensure that they take all reasonable precautions with regards to their interactions with other users.

Our ultimate goal is to provide our Services in a safe and reliable environment and maximise users' experience and entertainment. In line with the industry’s standards and marketing practices, we are utilising various engaging mechanisms and security procedures such as system profiles, compliance audits through manual profile checks and/or tests. From time to time, we encounter users connected to profiles which may have been created fraudulently or with the intent to defraud or drive you away from the site. Additionally these practices may involve the identification of computer programs which have been set up with the intent to mimic human interactions, as well as minors and/or any other possible scenarios.

All of the reasons above contributed to the creation of our dating tips section where you will be able to gain more insight and information regarding the matter. If you reasonably suspect that the user you are communicating with is violating the Terms and Conditions of our website, please provide us with the profile name in order to proceed to a manual investigation.
Sincerely,
Customer Support Team"

That does not really answer what I asked and as expected, covering themselves via their clever and deceptive T&Cs.

My message to anyone: Avoid 100%, Do not sign up. It is a waste of time. Stick to well known sites like Tinder, Bumble, POF, Match, Badoo. A lot of these dating/meet apps and sites run out of the likes of Cyprus, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia and other European countries are so unregulated and should be deemed illegal and shut down, they effectively allow scams and fraud.

What a useless site

What a useless site. Not one of the profiles matches if you actually make contact. Send 30 messages and get 2 identical replies from 2 completely different profiles. It’s a hook up site and no one wants to hook up? They just want to talk about your personal details, for a one night stand? The conversation is so disjointed and irregular, it’s absurd. This whole site is a con and it’s rubbish. They could at least have the decency to have enough contractors to answer the chat and keep conversation fluid, even though there are just fake profiles. Its just a mirror site, exact same profiles as at least two other hook up sites that are run by the same company. Personally, I think it amounts to fraudulent mis conduct and obtaining money by deceit as it is supposedly a casual dating site, not a sex chat site, but I should let a legal specialist decide on that. Don’t use it, you will just get angry with it.

These are definitely computer…

These are definitely computer -generated bots talking to you! ...
I became a member and even in less than a month I learned that the site was not legal. I have been a relatively new discoverer of adult sites for about 1 months. I gained a lot of street experience and lost a lot of Euro 35, but I chose everything. Everything you hear badly about pukbo.com and insta-sex.com .. Chats, is probably true, no one has found positive experiences. I'm not a bad -looking man at all. I had a photo of a full profile and at the beginning it was exciting. I quickly discovered that none of the women would connect with you on a mobile phone or e-mail! Each excuse is made of the fact that I have never done it, that I do not know you well enough, etc. But the reality is that even after long conversations they will still not go to another forum to communicate. Two things I think about are at stake here, thanks to which I finally know that all this is generated by computer and these are bots. Think about the fact that you have naked women, showing everything in the ass and pussy, and even if they worked for them, you do not think that these loose women at some point would break their position, maybe even quite often, having hell with politics, this guy is Hot, I want to meet him! It never happens. At this point, my conclusion is that they stop, i.e. computer -generated answers that do not make contact outside the site. Computers can be programmed so that they always speak no! Loose cannon women? There is no way to go crazy! You are the one who talks to Bots, and you will not get to nothing but to sex with the game! But this is called Extremechat, so if it's just your thrill, nothing serious will happen!

Scam shell game

All ‘contacts’ from other profiles were designed to prompt user to use up measly three ‘free’ messages which come with new profiles. Once those three messages are expended, all is silence even though the system still shows the individual as still being online. Entirely about getting user to make a purchase, none of the profiles are real. Complete waste of time and money.

Real people, not animators.

Many similar sites contain very few real people. At one of these other sites a woman directed me to pukbo as it cost less. Not only that but I find real local people. There may not be a million of them but I don't need many, just valid participants. The price for a good package was reasonable given that I write real people in my area. I also write many penpals as I am old and stay in much of the time.

A day later I realized I was duped. Maybe some are real there but I don't know how to tell.
