A little more expensive but good quality notebooks and stationery. On the website, there is a larger range of items and I like the different product lines they do. Everything was packaged well and delivered promptly. I would recommend!

Sat 3rd December 2022 @ 3.15pm in brand new/sealed
condition and are as described.-Handy for writing notes
-It's a very good deal/price for the pack of 3.-Thankyou to pukka Stationary for sending these Items so quickly-I am completely satisfied with this purchase and recommend the pack of three pads to anyone-at this price.

Declining quality
I have been buying Pukka pads for the last 5 years, ever since I discovered how tidily they tear off. However the last pad I bought is awful - it won't tear properly and I end up having to fish all the bits of paper out of the rings, which is what Pukka pads are supposed to avoid doing. Is the quality of pad declining - are they trying to save money somewhere by cutting corners?

The order was quite slow to be…
The order was quite slow to be delivered and when it arrived was wrong; A4 pads were delivered as A5.
I reported this and had to send a photo to verify. The respondent then sent a replacement after I’d confirmed that I wouldn't have the bother if I’d be required to return the wrongly sent pads. Why not confirm this in the original reply?
The pads are really good, the customer service, clunky.

We always ask for an image of the incorrectly received item as standard practice. This allows us to correctly identify the item received, and in turn, put processes in place to ensure it doesn't happen again!
