Puli is a total disaster of a company.. i ordered golf shorts from them and i told them my size and totally sent different sizes… j think they do this purposely because as they offer free shipping they say it’s free return shipping but they completely lie about this.. they wanted me to spend $35 to return the shorts knowing full well they were going to scam me for $35 and keep the shorts and use them to scam someone else..Puli needs to be investigated for their illegal activities and practices

They advertise free socks with purchase of thermals but do not send the free socks.

Be careful when ordering to make sure you have the right size (there sizes run diff than other brands). It’s not a good return/exchange policy or customer service. Wanted to exchange three pairs of short for one size bigger and they don’t give prepaid return labels like every other store I have ever dealt with for online shopping. My post office told
Me it will be $28 to return the shorts. I will no longer be ordering new ones in the next size up for that reason and want others to be aware that the customer service only offers that type of return and/or exchange even tho their website says FREE return within 30 days. Been less than a week for me. Very deceiving wording on their website just to be told we have to pay the postage to ship back.

I ordered a pair of pants. They had a funnel to upsell a second pair of pants and I went for it.
First pair of pants arrived - USED, with label cut out, and having been washed in smelly laundry soap.
Second pair arrived (separate shipping) and were ok.
