Tool offers fluent UX and does its job

Tool offers fluent UX and does its job, you'll have your Framer site on your disk in a matter of minutes. It guides you through the extraction process which requires no tech skills.

It even guides you on how to publish your site on another provider (again for non techies).

I experienced a glitch during that process; my site turned out to be larger than I thought. I got a constructive response to my help request -from a human- within an hour or two; offered an honest solution and helped out.

This is what real support looks like.
