Pullingers a brilliant company. I placed an order with them and a few hours later I got a phone call from them to say that a couple of items were out of stock and that they would send them on later! How many companies bother to do this?! I am very very satisfied with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Such service is severely lacking these days. They really do care about their customers.

Ordered mid morning on Monday, delivered mid afternoon on Tuesday. Amazing. Well packaged. Full range of Amsterdam paint available in all sizes.

I ordered a canvas which I needed urgently for a customers commission. I sent Pullingers a message, asking if they could get it to me ASAP. They were so helpful, managed to get it sent to arrive the next day on a Saturday and left me a voicemail saying this and asking if I needed any more help. Fantastic customer service I will be coming back for all my art supplies as great website and prices too.

My first time buying from this company. Very reasonably priced with a good selection, and the images on the site (especially colours) are accurate to the product received. Also I don't think I've ever received a parcel that was so carefully packed, so none of the pastels broke in transit, which was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Having recently ordered mount board from another company who used a shoddy delivery company, who didn’t deliver when I needed, I searched and found Pullingers. I checked and they use DPD for their deliveries so paid for next day delivery.

My mount board was delivered next day as requested and was so well packaged with DO NOT DROP on every single side!! The boards were all undamaged too, something the first company failed, (5 out of 10 boards were damaged). I appreciate it’s a big risk with these types of material but if you package them well (like Pullingers did) then you reduce the risk.

So thank you, Pullingers, for caring about your customers and their orders. You have definitely gained a new customer.

I used this company for the first time after searching for pencils I wanted. The whole experience was excellent with a very fast delivery. I had forgotten to add something to my basket before I checked out but after sending an email to Pullingers, Declan updated my order to add the additional item. My parcel arrived the next day and the items were well wrapped and protected with paper based packaging. This is now my goto shop for all my art supplies. Thank you for a great service.

Having been given email assurance that a product and it's illustration were compatible, I placed an order.
Pullingers then requested further info from me. I was open and honest, told them what I knew and what I didn't (eg regarding packaging of a set, when I usually buy individually).
The next day, they emailed that my order had been cancelled.
Pullingers are ignorant of their products, and devious, sly and 'artful' in their business practice.

I am a painter & I always get my inks & some other art materials from Pullingers as they are speedy with dispatch & great at communicating any problems. They are an excellent company to deal with. Fragile items packed very well too A+++

I've bought from Pullingers for many years and always been really pleased with the product range, speed and packaging of deliveries and prices. Had a problem with some paint today (not their fault) and they have dealt with it quickly and above what I was expecting. I always think you can judge a company by how they deal with a problem, and Pullingers get 10/10

Review for Epsom store. What a lovely shop and
lovely staff. I went to the store yesterday with a query that wasn’t really related to art materials, at least not for painting etc. I explained my query to the staff and they couldn’t have been more helpful, looking out the most suitable item for what I needed. I imagine this is an absolute treasure trove for real artists, but to find that kind of customer service these days is all too rare.

The service from this company is great and the prices are good, however their packaging is absolutely abysmal. This is the second time I have ordered mount board from this company and both times every sheet has arrived damaged, (corners bent) due to inadequate packaging. This order arrived with the mount board actually sticking out of the box! Fortunately The mount sizes I use mean I can trim off the bent edges. I would however implore Pullingers to have a serious word with their warehouse staff and get then to do their job properly. I'll be using Jacksons in future, a little more expensive, but their packaging is bomb proof.

By far the best prices I've seen online! Very fast delivery and the products were packaged very well. I'm really happy with my purchases and I will definitely be buying from them again.

Pullingers is more or less the only art supplier I use. Their customer services are second to none, no order is too big or too small and nothings too much hassle for them. They supply for all my needs as an artist and the supplies are well priced and always arrive in excellent condition. I would absolutely recommend pullingers for all artists.
