Very disappointing experience with this company.

First, I ordered disposable litter liners and instead received an entirely different item that I never ordered. I repeatedly contacted customer service for months asking for help, requesting a return label for the incorrect item, and trying to receive the product I originally purchased. The issue was never properly resolved.

More recently, my product became mechanically defective, and customer service continued responding with repetitive policy messages instead of properly addressing the defect or honoring the warranty information listed on their own website.

I also received conflicting information from support during the process, which made everything even more frustrating and confusing.

After researching further, I was surprised to see many other customers describing very similar experiences involving defective products, unresolved warranty issues, delayed responses, and lack of accountability.

Based on my experience, this company does not provide reliable customer support or stand behind the quality of its products.

Worst customer experience from any company ever. I ordered cat litter box liners for $40 instead they sent me a $200 litter box. I contacted them for instructions on how to return as I would like the liners and five months later there’s still no Resolution. I get messages that they are actively monitoring the situation which at this point is just laughable.

Purchased a tray a month ago. Credit card debited. No shipment notification. chased up with customer support. very slow to repond. claiming to be checking with fullfilment. I cannot wait weeks for a litter tray - I have a cat in the house! have asked for a refund on two occassion and keep getting slow responses of they are looking into it. very poor customer service.

Scam do not buy I brought this in March 2024 and had problems from the start .I have been fobbed off for nearly year with different excuses.Neither been able to exchange or get a refund .

This is a scam please do not buy they promised me a refund after sending out a non working box I tried multiple times to send the product back they said keep it I would get a full refund 7 months later still no refund I’ve contacted the company multiple times where they told me it’s a new owner to take it up with my card company which they won’t do anything because it’s been over 2 months look on the internet before buying they are using fake reviews to sell this product DO NOT BUY PLEASE DO NOT BUY unless you want to me like 100+ customers they have had this same issue the litter box doesn’t work please don’t buy

Shipping took so long that I requested a refund multiple times. I kept getting told that it was passed to the appropriate department but then never heard anything else. Eventually the litter box was shipped so decided to keep it and try it. The inside of the box is smaller than it seems online and needs cleaning frequently. The filter on there is a joke and not a proper filter. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy. It's the worst. It's not auto. It makes a mess. It's so hard to clean and awkwardly big. It does not work. You have to pay to return. This is the worst thing ever created. I hope the creators and sellers get shingles. That's what it feels like to own this box. I had to also wait months for it and was not told I would. Everything i got with the box is broken/doesn't work either. I watched the videos, followed directions, and tried 5 kinds of litter. It takes longer to use this then jusr regular scooping. And trying to clean it well is impossible. This will be the bane of your existence. With this level of cost just biy a nice robot one.. Honestly better to just use a plain old 5 dollar box. At least you can clean those.

I made my order in early 2024 everything was dine, then there was a break in the pull mechanism. As the website clearly states 12 month warranty with each purchase I emailed the customer service team from the original email I had confirming the order. They then went on to say that they have no record of the order even though it was in the email trail. It was the subject line of the email. DISGUSTING I will not stop until they resolve this issue. Horrible customer service

I ordered my litter box on July 21st after seeing all the amazing reviews for this litter box. I was so excited for my cats to have a new litter box that would be manageable for my husband and I to clean. I recieved my order confirmation and awaited my shipping confirmation. The website states that the item should be shipped out in about 7 days. After those days passed, I started to get worried. I had no shipping confirmation and definitely no litter box. I sent an email to support with no response. I sent a dm on instagram on August 3rd and received a response on August 5th saying my box was not shipped out yet with no reason why. I asked when it will be shipped and was left on seen. An email from customer support stated that there was a manufacturing delay and that a new model was being created. My item would be shipped out end of August. I felt reassured and excited to receive this new model (although I told the company they should let the customers know ahead of time if there will be shipping delays). After the end of August passed, I reached out to the customer service again. This time, I was told there was a new owner to the company and they skated around the issue of me not receiving my product MULTIPLE times. They said my issue was “top priority”. I had to email them THREE more times to get to the bottom of the issue. I have asked for a full refund and cancellation of my order and I have had no response. It is sickening what these scam artists will do.

I had the worst experience with this company!!! Besides that, the product did not work for my cat. It is a waste of money and time. I returned the product sanitized, cleaned and in excellent condition within a month of buying it, and after they promised they will refund the money deducting the shipping charges (which I was ok with), after 2 months I still have not received my refund. Do not buy products from this company!!!

I recently purchased the PullnScoop cat litter box, expecting it to simplify my routine. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. Within just two days, the product failed miserably, leaving me to clean up cat feces off the floor and all around the unit. The design is fundamentally flawed, and it simply does not work as advertised.

After this experience, I decided to return the unit. To my surprise, the company refused to issue a refund, citing that the box was "dusty." Despite wiping it down and using it for only two days, I can't fathom how this minor detail would justify their refusal, especially when the product clearly did not function properly. The box is also much too small, seemingly designed for a small kitten rather than a full-sized cat.

The real issue, however, is the appalling customer service. The representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and blatantly refused to honor their return policy, which appears to be a deceptive tactic. It’s evident that this company is more interested in taking customers' money than in providing a quality product or standing by their commitments.

I strongly advise against purchasing the PullnScoop cat litter box. This company needs to be held accountable for selling such a subpar product and for their dismal treatment of customers. Save yourself the frustration and money—seek out a more reliable cat litter solution.

We bought our box in April, and it has completely changed the game. The box is now constantly fresh and is extremely simple to use. Our finicky cat is very happy, and her janitorial staff is too!

This litter box is a game-changer! The stainless steel base is so easy to clean, and the spacious design gives my cat the privacy she deserves.

Living for the meow-tastic moments with the XL stainless steel litter box. Cleaning is easy peasy, and my cats are giving it a resounding meow of approval. It's the kind of cat care that brings joy to our daily lives.

Great investment for my cat ever. Worth the money. Works amazing. My cats love it and I don't have to scoop any more!

So glad I made the switch. No more icky litter poop to deal with. My only issue is my cat poops on one side so I have to tilt it every once in awhile.
