-REP low level support 90%+ downtimes
vps downtimes, price is not metter because vps almost 95% down and also now I can't use my vps I has 40 days and asked for invoice for 1year than the days removed from my server and I am not going to pay any invoice until get my days back.
and staff team bad not answering just ignore me in chat / tickets / live chat bot
so can't get in touch, only nicolas acctully answered but now he also not answer.
EDIT: nobody care, they just keep ignoring us, also k1 vps machine not work 8 days in a row 40%uptime and they just not care about k1 and im not going to pay nothing going to refund if it will not going for resolve.
