Hey, first time bought some tickets and won ;) super happy with my win, and team was superb as well. I got the msg confirming my win just minutes after the draw, and cash alternative was received next day morning :) it really make my day or even a week ! :) thanks again

We have some players that have been with us for over 3 years and their names become familiar with other players when they're winning
Some players enter lots and are lucky - especially on the instant win competitions. Some players (like the lady who left the review above) are very lucky and can win the very first time they place an order.
I know you've had some great wins with us in the past - but you've not been as lucky just lately and that can be a bit deflating. On some of our previous instant win competitions you too, have actually had multiple wins some of them were the bigger cash prizes too.
TrustPilot reviews are very important to us as a business and every single customer is within their rights to leave feedback based on their own personal experience. I do think in this case though, the 1 star review (lowest rating you could possibly give a business) is a bit unfair considering the fact that you have been on the other end before, winning multiple prizes on instant win comps. You've also won on livestreams. I believe customer service has always been great and we contact and pay you out immediately.
I hope you have more luck in the future Sharlene and hopefully you'll have a better opinion of our business 🍀

Hi Mark,
TrustPilot send out review requests automatically when customers visit our website as feedback is very important to us and most other businesses.
I can ask TrustPilot if there is a way to remove specific customers from their automated emailing service so that you no longer receive review requests. Alternatively, you can redirect emails from TrustPilot to your spam folder - or just delete them.
It's sad to see that review requests from TrustPilot have given you reason to rate our business so negatively with 1 star.
