Moved into a new flat pre-installed…
Moved into a new flat pre-installed with Pulse Fibre and service not operational. Naz and team were onto it soon after emailing Pulse support. Problem was isolated to a cabling issue in the business riser, and although outside of Pulse scope, they still co-ordinated the fix with the building cabling contractor.

Execellent Services Provided by Chloe and Farhaan
Chloe and Farhaan have been very helpful. Firstly, accommodating my request in changing the date incoming to my apartment for collection the router for previous WiFi service provider. Secondly, helping me in raising the card for rectifying the problem in accessing BBC iPlayer. Thirdly, following up on instructions on how to solve the problem by email promptly. Fourthly, following up with a telephone call in offering assistance. For further improvement of PulseFibre, perhaps when connection is upgrading, users are advised in advance of the possible/potential probelms and remedial actions are offered should that be needed.

I had an issue with my WiFi
I had an issue with my WiFi. The router hasn't been set-up properly and I had no internet when moving into my new flat. But the team were super responsive by email and phone. Ingot someone on the line very quickly when calling. They then took the initiative of calling me back and guiding me through solving the issue on my computer as opposed to waiting for a technician to show. Very friendly support staff, clearly focused on helping and with a positive attitude. Very good service.

WiFi loss
Had a major issue with my WiFi going down out of the blue, sent an email and had a response the next day from Naz, after a few emails we agreed to a phone call when I was home from work.
He was absolutely brilliant and persevered as is took longer than expected to fix, checking every corridor in attempt to fix my issue, which we eventually did.
Big thanks to Naz, was superb.

I'm very happy with pulse fibre!!!
I'm very happy with pulse fibre, my complex recently started using them, however my apartment unit is quite big so even though their internet is very fast i couldn't get the full use out of it, i called them and straight away they booked in an extender installation for the next day!! Extremely recommend, the person who helped me out on this occasion was Farhad if i'm correct, they showed me how everything works thoroughly and how everything was done hassle free and very quickly.
Highly highly recommend based on my experience so far !

I am amazed by the customer support of Ian Smale. My WiFi stopped working on Saturday, 23rd December - in a time when people go on their well-deserved Christmas / Winter break.
I tried my luck contacting Pulse and, to my surprise, I received a call from Ian in the evening. He went the the extra mile to help me avoid a Christmas period without an internet connection. His instructions were clear and he made sure to follow up, even offering to walk through on the phone on the 24th December, in case the router wouldn't start working.

Despite my absence during the upgrade process, the team, particularly Sean Pearman, ensured a smooth transition. They promptly changed my IP to a public one and were more than willing to assist remotely, accommodating my needs with great efficiency.

Good customer service
Leaving a 5 star review due to the customer service. Pulse have recently replaced the incumbent provider in our BTR building, and the internet speed levels are good. So far no interruptions have been experienced. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the console, which the customer support helped to resolve. They were responsive over emails and engineers arrived on time to fix the issue.
