Delay after delay, offered a refund then went quiet, avoid this company at alll costs

This company is a scam. Luckily I made a purchase through PayPal so will get a refund but since I've challenged this company about where my order is they've shut down their Facebook page and don't reply. Do not buy from them. The courier they use is a scam as well.

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your money. I ordered 2 T shirts on October 5th. Today is November 1st still haven't received anything. They have a FAKE phone number that when you call, your phone carrier will tell you, "You can't dial this number like this, check your number." It takes them several days to respond via email with another LAME excuse.

If you have any sense stay away at all costs.

I purchased a tee from this crowd of cowboys , It arrived several inches too short. I measured it and it was way off the size chart that they have advertised on there website.
I emailed them to which there reply was to offer me a discount. When I explained that the top does not fit and I wanted a refund I heard nothing.

I have since emailed a further seven times without a single response. Awful company and terrible customer service , AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

I was emailed that my T-shirt was with the carrier. 8 days later. Nothing.
I emailed Pulse and got an automated response that they will look into it. Still nothing.
Shabby, I won’t buy from these again, £26 down the drain.

I ordered 2 pairs of cellulite leggings. The size fits well. They are a funny material and was unsure at first. The colours were different for me: dark blue and a light blue pair. The light blue pair had some loose threads and looked like a tail. I emailed them and I was told I’d get a new pair sent and to send them ones back. However after a few email messages chasing up the leggings I could tell it was a generic reply and I never did see the trousers. For this reason I will not be ordering from here again.

Pulse gym clothing offer amazing gym wear. I have purchased several pairs of leggings in multiple colours and style - so comfortable! I wear my leggings daily because of the: great support around the bum and waist, comfort and feel. Tops and matching sets are great for working out and still keep their shape and style wash-after-wash!

Fantastic quality leggings and brilliant service. Will be ordering again soon.

My husband and i went away for the weekend and stumbled across this fab boutique with the most amazing gym leggings ever! I’ve always struggled with gym leggings, they have either been too short and fallen down when starting exercise but not these! They have a lovely firm hold and support, nice and long and they have the most gorgeous colours. I was able to buy 4 pairs in store but have also bought a couple of pairs online! Having comfortable gym wear makes it more enjoyable to work out! I now have 6 pairs, I can’t get enough of them :)

Bought these leggings off this company after seeing a review thought I’d give them a try and what a pleasure firstly the customer service which I received from them outstanding. The leggings are lovely there thick which is what I like the material is lovely against the skin and they do as they say they will will definitely order these again
