It wasn’t until Trust Pilot followed up…
It wasn’t until Trust Pilot followed up on my poor review that I received feedback right away from Pulse of Potential. Due to their involvement I was finally, after over 30 messages, contacted by P of P and my issue was rectified. I did receive the restitution I was asking for. Although they reacted positively it still worries me to reorder or recommend future purchases.

No customer service after multiple emails. No phone number I can call. Completely ignored my email to get a refund.
I paid for shipping and it took more than 3 weeks to arrive. It was shipped directly from china. I would rather support elsewhere than this company who pretended to be supportive but just trying to scam your money.
Edit: I wrote a review on their website and they never posted it. Be truthful! Don't delete your customer's review. Also, they never email back after attempting multiple times and even after they reply back in trustpilot.

Don't Do It
On January 26th, 2026, 11 days after I placed my order, I was told that shipping takes 4-7 business days from that point. We are on the 12th business day from that point.
Today, I was told an order to PA is out for delivery, and when I check the provided tracking, it is out for delivery in FL?
We have almost reached a full month from when this order was placed when the website says shipping to the US is 5-10 business days. I have requested a refund and my requests are ignored. I don't recommend buying from this company.
Edit to update: it has now been a month and a half since my order and it never arrived. I had to open a claim with my bank to receive a refund, also. I requested a refund over email several times and that section of each email was ignored.

Love these cuddle bears ❤️
We ordered two weighted bears as Christmas gifts for our daughters and overall we are so happy with both the product and the customer service.
As the bears are shipped internationally, delivery did take a little while, but this was expected and they still arrived in time for Christmas.
One bear unfortunately had a small manufacturing issue when it arrived, which was disappointing. However, the team at Pulse of Potential were wonderful to deal with and quickly arranged a replacement for us.
We now have two very happy girls who absolutely adore their “cuddle” bears. They are beautifully soft, calming, and have genuinely helped with managing big emotions.
Thank you for a product that has made such a positive difference in our home.

Absolutely love my sloth
Absolutely love my sloth, have been actually getting a good nights sleep which for a person who has MS and a lot of nerve pain, this is amazing. Totally recommend you try this out, it really is just like being cuddled in a way anyway. Just feels beautiful.

I ordered x2 of Hallie the highland…
I ordered x2 of Hallie the highland cows and also Pookie the panda for myself, my husband and my 8yr old granddaughter who suffers with a erratic sleep pattern. Since having her Pookie the panda she has slept so much better after having it for 2 days instead of sleeping just 3 hours a night she is now sleeping through the night , I have found myself less stressed and also sleeping far better. If anyone is looking at these and thinking of buying one, i would say go ahead and buy one they really do help with better sleep and less stress.

Very happy with my purchase and amazed how fast Sunnie got delivered to Australia 🍀🙏🏼❤️ My Sis lives in Germany. I got her Remie. It was perfect timing because of the crazy winter conditions, she slipped very badly on the ice in front of the house.
