Scam company

I ordered a ring and tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. No answer to my emails. Not sure what to do when the ring arrives. I bought a Ringconn instead.

Purchased a ring and wore it for 7 days. Tried to charge the ring and it will not charge. Reached out to the company and they wanted to help, but offered no help. I asked for a replacement or a refund, no response.

Avoid this company

Despite cancelling this order this sham company is once again trying to deliver it to me.
The first delivery was returned to sender so their response was to dispatch it again .
They do not respond to emails and block any person posting negative comments on Facebook

Does not work as intended was told lies

They advertise their smart ring does what others can not. I asked them on facebook does your ring track daytime sleep and rem sleep. They said yes. Well that is a lie. I ordered on 9/27/2025 and got the item on 10/6/2025. I downloaded the app call Darings app on the back of the box. Ring does not connect. Read the manual and it said to download JRINGS application. I had other smart rings that used JRINGS application and it does not track daytime sleep or rem sleep and that is why I asked them if it does so they told me a lie. Ring was 118 bucks. Well you can buy this exact ring on temu for 18 bucks and change. What they people are doing is buying other rings putting them in a fancy box and upcharge you out the roof. I wanted to send the ring back and get a refund. They do not answer their phone number in fact its a recording saying so. the do not answer emails, and on facebook they delete negative comments. I am no working with my credit card company to get a refund. Update, my credit card company has issued me a pending refund, pending on them to get back to my credit card. I received an email yesterday from pulserive telling me I had ordered the wrong ring, sorry but their website is misleading, they say they will send a replacement, I will believe it when I see ithappen.

Ring doesn't do what is advertised

Ring doesn't do what is advertised. I tried contacting Pulserive but they don't respond to emails and the phone number doesn't work. I am currently trying to either get my money back and/or stop any further payments from being sent for the ring. I want to send the ring back however I'm not sure the address is even legitimate. SCAM. Don't get sucked in.

I ordered it didn’t work out for me they offered me a different one I said no and returned with tracking number in which it says they received it but they won’t respond or refund my money after they receive my return. Scammers and thieves! Do not buy from them!

I received the ring and not impressed.

I received the ring and have been wearing it for a couple weeks. I wouldn't recommend it for the following reasons. The blood pressure measuring is way off (30 points off from my bp monitor which has been tested in my drs office). Battery life is only a few days at best. Finish is wearing off and it just looks awful.

Appalling Customer Service and Business Practices... *AVOID THIS COMPANY*

If I could give this 'company' minus stars, I would do so.

I have numerous health conditions that need monitoring and as I don't like the smart watches, I thought the ring would be the perfect solution for checking my stats.

I ordered and received the ring in December 2024, and loved it! It was brilliant to be able to see my vitals just by looking in the app on my phone without having to do several separate checks. *Note* - the checks were for my own reference and were not used for official medical purposes.

But then, it all went horribly wrong...

The ring stopped charging at the beginning of May 2025 and the gemstones started to fall out. I didn't wear it in the shower so it never got wet!

I contacted the company via e-mail on May 21 2025, explaining in detail what the problem was and politely asked for either a replacement or a refund. Much like the rest of the reviews here, I got no response.

I have not been able to reach the company by telephone, despite several attempts.

I also reached out to the company on Facebook, but my comments were deleted.

I e-mailed them again on May 28, June 16 and again today, June 18 2025. Again, no response.

Both PayPal and my bank have been unable to assist me in getting a refund as it has gone over the 30 days from receiving the ring and it was not faulty within those 30 days.

I have been advised to write this 'review' to try and stop others finding themselves in the same situation we are in and in the hope that the company reads these reviews and feels some shame.

As this company is based in the States, (I am in the UK), I have also been advised to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). I am currently collating all my information, correspondence etc, ready to begin this process. The FTC uses these complaints to track patterns of fraud and unfair company business practices which can lead to formal investigations. Given the amount of bad reviews I have discovered online from customers like me/us, I hope these complaints go further.

From someone with quite serious health conditions who thought this item would be a benefit to me, I am now left with a lump of pretty metal that does absolutely nothing. And I paid £103 GBP for this privilege - I bought the more expensive Diamora ring.

Their website states:

"One year warranty

FREE Replacement. The smart ring is made of lightweight, skin-friendly and high-strength titanium, ensuring excellent workmanship and durability. Non-man-made damages within one year, we provide free NEW ring."

I would suggest spending a bit more money and buying from a reputable company and avoid Pulserive at all costs.

Non-existent Customer Service

I bought this ring thinking it would be great. It burned my skin, so I emailed to ask to return it, as per their return policy. I got no response. I emailed 3 separate times. Then I tried to call. Their number was "unavailable." I got my bank involved with a dispute and it got turned down because the company proved that I received the item. Yeah, that's true, but I also tried to return it and couldn't! The dispute is still ongoing. Whether I get my money back or not, I want people to know that this company is a scam. The product might be great for some people, but the customer service is non-existent.

send wrong size and don't reply

I placed a ring order with Pulserive over a month ago and received the wrong size — I ordered a size 6, but was sent a size 9. I’ve reached out multiple times via email and phone, but have received no response at all. It's been over a month with no resolution or communication. Very disappointing experience and unprofessional service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious — this company raises serious concerns about reliability.

Ring don´t work

Unfortunately, the ring does not work as it should. The displayed values have nothing to do with reality. And unfortunately the company does not reply to my emails.

Pulserive ring

I ordered my ring back in early Dec....and still have not received it. Their phone number does not work and they do not respond to emails. I am going to have American Express go after them....horrible business and quite possibly a scam!

This company is all over Facebook…

This company is all over Facebook charging $99.95 for a ring that supposedly monitors your health data. About 4-6 weeks after you place your order, you receive a ring sizing kit. You’re supposed to scan a QR code on their website and then enter your ring size.
It’s been 4 weeks now since I did all of that and I still have not received a ring.
I emailed them and their response was that they expect me to receive the ring in two days. Two WEEKS later and I haven’t received it. I emailed them again and requested my money back and their response was exactly the same, “we expect you to receive your order in two days”.
