Able to get a replacement charger.

I found what I was looking for and it came in a reasonable time frame, with good communication on when it would arrive.

It does what it says

It does what it says, and they don't try selling a new massage gun just the attachments you want which helps with less waste of fairly new massage guns

VYB Pro Roller I absolutely love this…

VYB Pro Roller I absolutely love this roller, But the pulse mode clearly does not work, it works on a recently purchased ball, but not the roller, I’ve contacted about this but you keep sending me links and videos of how to use, I know how it works going from one rpm to another, mine does not do this just a constant rpm, other then no pulse mode I do like it

Pulse Roll Mini Ignite

I have used the Pulse Roll mini for the last two and a half years and I don’t leave home without it.

I decided to get an upgrade to the mini ignite and was not surprised that it is even better.

The original is a great piece of kit, much better than all the other brands I tried first.

There are also new changeable heads, one which works great for me on my knees, elbows and hands and also the heated head is fantastic.

Also it is so quiet compared to all the other brands (on all settings), but is still very powerful.

Add in to that great customer service and fast delivery, what more could I ask for!

Thank you to all the team at Pulse Roll please keep doing what you are doing 💪🏼

Superior quality products

Amazing mini massage gun!

Wow! I love this Ignite Mini percussion massage gun by Pulseroll! It’s so powerful yet so easy to use. I love the case it comes in with all the different massage head attachments. It’s easy to charge and the battery lasts around 6 hours. I run quite a lot so this is great for my aching muscles and it’s so lightweight and portable so can be used anywhere at any time. I especially love the heat activated massage head which feels amazing! I would definitely recommend this product to others looking for a good quality massage gun!

Cyclone boots the best

The best on the market! The Cyclone boots are a hit with me at the off. I have used many recovery boot brands in the past but this one is the best by far. Lots of extra functions, but not needed it plugged in or carry a pump box around, this is a game changer and I highly recommend it.

Laughable Customer Service!

The Ignite Pro I purchased online arrived with a fault. Contacted (Fri 23rd Mar) via email but didn't get a reply until Mon 26th Mar asking for a video of the fault. Next reply is on Tuesday saying they'll send out a replacement. Get an email on Thursday that the new item has been dispatched. It arrived on Mon 4th Mar. They'd sent entirely the wrong item, despite the dispatch email being for the correct device.

A week and a half later I'm no closer to getting the problem sorted. Emailed them on Mon 4th Mar, no reply. Called their main phone number (5th Mar) but phones aren't working. Messaged on Facebook, no reply.

Update: 06/03/2024
It's now Wednesday and I've been trying to contact them since Monday, and I finally get a reply after messaging for the 2nd time through the website. Here is their response.

"Good Morning Trevor, I am terribly sorry for the late response. I have been trying to piece together what has transpired and how I can best help. I will arrange for a collection with our courier. Once we have received the product back, I will ensure a proper replacement is sent out. Apologies for the inconvenience, Kyle"

What happened is very simple. Some numpty sent the wrong device. The confirmation email was correct, and the item received was not!

So, I have to wait for them to collect and receive the incorrect item before they do the right thing and replace my faulty device. I have of course questioned this course of action and shared my thoughts with them accordingly. Needless to say, I didn't express my pleasure at this mild form or extortion.

Update 2: 06/03/2024
"Good Morning Trevor, I completely understand your concerns, I have arranged for the collection to occur tomorrow between 10:00 – 16:00. We will then ship a replacement on express delivery FOC. Apologies for the inconvenience, Kyle"

Fortunately, Kyle understands my concerns. He isn't going to do anything about them, but at least he understands them! On the plus side, he's sending me a replacement for my faulty item free of charge! Hasn't asked if I mind waiting at home for up to 6 hours for the collection, but I shall use the time constructively and prepare an invoice for the time spent not at work.

No collection was attempted. What a waste of a day! Let's face it, if you book a courier, they are almost certainly going to turn up. I guess Kyle either didn't bother or forgot. While waiting I emailed CEO Paul McCabe, made a complaint to Trading Standards, and prepared an invoice for my wasted time.

Update: 08/03/2024
Seems that Kyle is off work today. Spoke to Mark, who repeated what Kyle had told me that he'd get him to sort the issue when he's back on Tuesday (13th). I, of course, expressed my displeasure at waiting until Tuesday and why couldn't they just send me a return label. The following email was sent by office manager, Kath Mercer.

"Hi Trevor, Sorry to hear you’re not having a good experience. I will have Kyle investigate why the collection never happened for you on Monday when he is back in the office. We do unfortunately experience some issues with Parcelforce from time to time with both collections and deliveries so I can assure you that he would have arranged the collection for you. In the meantime, you should have now received a returns label to take the item to the Post Office. This will have come direct to your email address so please let me know if you haven’t received this. I hope this helps and please let me know if there is anything else I can help with, Kath"

Reading this was most encouraging until I realised that they hadn't forwarded me a postage label. I immediately emailed Kath and customer service to request they send the label again but didn't receive an answer. This was around 3-4pm, so I'm guessing they clocked off for the day. Awesome!

Another day of trying to get Pulseroll to replace my faulty massage gun, and so far, as expected, things aren't going well. My emails from the previous Friday weren't answered, so I messaged them instead. Kath the office manager told me that a return label should have been emailed to me. Whether it had or not, I haven't received one. She said would raise another one. This, as yet, also hasn't arrived. A few hours later, a return label has finally arrived.

They received my return on the 14th Mar, and I was assured that the replacement would be sent out the same day. It wasn't, it was dispatched today. Fingers crossed.

The new device has arrived and it appears to be in full working order.

Summary:
A good device spoilt by awful customer service! They say they care about customer service, but display little evidence of it.

Damaged adapter

When I purchased my replacement AC adaptor for my pulseroller the pins on the plug was bent so I could use the adaptor a waste of money and time
