Ordered it 12 days ago, never got notified on the shipment status and no tools to monitor it, no idea where my product is.

This is great - my son tried a one a friend had at an athletics competition and was impressed. Got one for him for his birthday. Used it myself on calves. It’s effective and gets deeply into the muscles if you need that.

Have used the Pulseroll vibrating rolling for probably the last 5 years and this is a great addition to my fitness routine.

I am a extreme dog walker and in constant pain. The pulse roll has stopped all my aches and pains = amazing

Picked up another pulseroll mini after basically giving away my other one to family who really needed it - twice! Waited a while for another offer to come and got another for just under £100.

Delivery was el rapido, and I was delighted to find the new product has improvments on the older pulseroll mini. The motor unit seems to have a softer start (defo helps with reliability on building type elec tools) and the attachments materials have changed slightly. Initially I was miffed the round foam ball was missing- replaced with a smaller half round semi gloss kinda squishy dome.. but found it doesn't get hung up in clothing like the previous version and new one is closed cell foam (no pores) so it doesn't get.. well.. minging after a few hours of use.

I'm no spring chicken (40yrs) but this helps me keep moving like I'm half my age. Oh and it came with a surprise heated attachment which my good lady loves on her neck to release all her gurn muscles from dealing with me.

Slight delay in shipping but kept up to date with situation by customer services and product does everything it promised

Ordered a product at a convention which was due to be delivered in around 3 weeks. After a couple of weeks I changed my mind and requested a refund, told it would take 5-7 working days. 2 weeks later I was told they need to pay it directly into my account so provided details. After another week I called and was told it would be done "today or tomorrow". A week later and still no refund. Absolute shambles!
