Theres no mention that you have to pay…
Theres no mention that you have to pay over $10 a month for the app which controls the device, also the app doesn't recognize my order number so I cant try the pulsetto premium feature and even if I wanted to use the device I couldn't because the app doesn't work, no matter how many times I force stop it or reinstall it it just continues loading for hours. Ive never had this issue with any app but pulsetto and be warned they charge you between $10 and $30 dollars to return the device which likely covers the cost of the entire device itself, why am I paying for something that doesn't work? Avoid this company.

Consistent use does produce results
Consistent use does produce results. Whether for stress, sleep, or anxiety, I do notice a difference after a few days of use. I was skeptical at first, but gave it a try. The risk paid off, helps when you need it and only takes a few minutes per session.

Really good experience
Really good experience. In a short amount of time and just a few days a week, I have seen my HRV improve a 5-10% points even when my sleep duration has not been great my HRV has held steady or improved.

I bought a Pulsetto Fit and had the bad luck that it arrived defective, with a battery charging issue. I contacted technical support and, surprisingly, I found a team of enthusiastic people who helped me through the warranty return process and getting a new unit with the refunded balance. It’s still too early to comment on whether Pulsetto has benefits or not, but I can say that their after-sales service has exceeded my expectations. I hope I can say the same about the device!

Love the Pulsetto. It improved my quality of sleep in under a week. My only complaint would be it was too harsh (painful) for the right side of my neck. I followed the instructions to turn off the right side & it didn’t work. I never received a response from customer service when I emailed for help, so I had to rig a solution for myself.
