A great tool to tap down anxiety symptoms in just a few minutes of your time.
after dealing with an anxiety and panic disorder for the last six years, and after trying almost every medicine that might help, I have found the Pulsetto device to be the most effective short term treatment option of all of them. It takes just one eight minute session to put a cap and start decreasing those feelings, and if I do two back-to-back sessions, it will usually push the anxiety down to a low level. I’ve tried some of the other modes as well and have been pleasantly surprised at the benefits I have received, even including gut health. A surprisingly effective device for what is in my opinion a very reasonable price. well worth the investment.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HEALTH REASONS!!!! Four unit were ordered for gifts for my parents. They tried the product and then consulted with their doctors. Not doctor recommended for heart patients and were told to stop use immediately! Pulsetto will not accept returns because the 30 day return window had just passed by the time my parents could see their doctors. Pulsetto demonstrated extremely poor customer service and should disclaim the health implications to heart patients so customers aren’t endangering their family members by gifting them Pulsetto units that are supposedly designed to benefit their health.

Using for sleep
Using for sleep, before Pulse sleep took an hour currently after a session it is 10 minutes. I track with an Oura ring. Still need to work on waking up but hooking it up is not applicable to me upon waking up and using again

Stress and Sleep Improvement
I’m 71. My sleep and stress wasn’t great. Although I’m on HRT I still have frequent wake up during sleep. It got worse shortly after I turned 71. Pulsetto improved my ability to adapt to stress and improve my sleep and mood. I now average about 7 hours of sleep sometimes up to 8 hours. It’s the best sleep I had in many years. The customer service is great and very thorough. She recommended using stress mode before I go to work..yes I still work. The stress mode actually helps improve my ability to use the sleep mode more effectively to lengthen my sleep cycle. It’s about $300 but it’s worth it to me.

Pulsetto helped my long COVID symptoms
I have issues with long COVID and the GI aspect was really impacting me. I couldn't gain weight and was losing weight to the point it was getting serious. I was becoming nearly skeletal. Pulsetto has been helpful for anxiety
Pulsetto has been helpful for anxiety. Recently, I upgraded to get the inflammation setting, I had been taking anti histamines daily for a couple of years to reduce post COVID nasal drainage. When I stopped, I broke out in hives every morning, the inflammation setting cleared them up in a few minutes. I’m amazed by the effectiveness of this device.
