New DEX on PulseChain, I use it several times a week.

Launched in May, I’ve been using it a few times a week and have had a great experience. It’s a fork of Pancake Swap with some other features like buy and burn of the native PLSX token.

Ethereum fees have made it unusable, so with PulseChain launching, crypto holders and traders have a second chance for cheap fees. PulseX is one of the components needed to make PulseChain a success.

Some other decentralized exchange competitors are launching on PulseChain, so PulseX has its work cut out for it. I hope they keep up the good work and launch new products and features to keep it relevant. Time will tell.

PulseX is a superior censorship resistant fork of Uniswap

PulseX is a fork of Uniswap on the PulseChain blockchain and is the primary source of liquidity for coins including HEX, PLS, and PLSX.

What I like about it are 4 important things.

Firstly, swaps are significantly cheaper than on Uniswap. A swap on PulseX is about 1/100th of the cost of that on Uniswap. This has interesting implications. One can bridge over ERC-20 tokens onto Pulsechain and trade them around for cheaper than if they stayed on the Ethereum network. Those tokens can then be bridged back to Ethereum. A frequently used coin which this occurs is Hex on Ethereum.

Secondly, there is a reasonably robust yield farming program in the form of the INC reward token. These yields, whilst not the highest in the crypto industry, appear to be sustainable. Some of the liquidity pairs trade with relatively stable ratios. The INC token itself is disinflationary. On the other hand, Uniswap does not have yield farming. This combined with high gas fees on Ethereum means that small players cannot benefit from providing liquidity on Uniswap.

Thirdly, there is a function in PulseX which allows for the fees earned by the exchange to buy PulseX and burn the PLSX token. This is similar to what occurs with BNB where profits are used to buy up the BNB token. This feature constitutes significant downside protection for the PLSX token if PulseX volumes increase (which is anticipated in the next bull market). Uniswap had a governance token whose price is not supported by the protocol itself.

Lastly, and most importantly, PulseX does not blacklist or censor coins because the SEC or any other government agency chooses to attack them. Censorship resistance was the reason crypto was invented. Unfortunately, Uniswap bans tokens from its frontend without affording procedural fairness to the relevant projects and communities affected.

An honourable mention also goes to the fact that, being a fork of Uniswap, the code has been battle-tested and it is unlikely that PulseX can be hacked and drained.

I would recommend it over Uniswap or any other Dex to buy or sell coins which I am interested in.

Awesome DEX!

Truly decentralized. Doing very decent volumes. Has some very large Liquidity pools, like the PLS/PLSX pair. Offers some very good opportunities with Farms for quite a decent yield. Its on Pulsechain so its 20% faster than ETH. And, the fees are as low as $0.01 for a swap!

True DEFI

Possibly the best decentralised cryptocurrency exchange to date. Over 30,000 validators worldwide, super-fast transactions, simple liquidity-providing and farming available. Fully audited code, working bridge to the Ethereum chain, updates added regularly. Pretty much perfect.

Pulsechain, PulseX, Hex

Pulsechain is the future in my opinion. It's a better, faster and cheaper fork of Ethereum. PulseX is the DEX for trading.
Hex is the goat this all is created for. You mint your own rewards, no middle man, just you and the immutable code. You delay gratification to your future you!
