Superbly engineered Pulsio Air device. Really beautifully made.

Fairly good support but a bit disappointed with the degree of "lateral bracing". From the photos and description I was expecting a bit more stability when cornering is misstepping as someone with osteo is prone. It's gone into the "comfortable around the house" drawer but won't be replacing a decent metal hinged brace any time soon. If you're looking for something with padding and a little support. All is good. But if you are looking at knee replacement anytime in the next 5-7 years go for a hinged brace.

Recovering from a hip operation and this has reduced any swelling to practically zero. I’m just using on the lowest setting for now so still plenty of headroom as healing progresses.

I ordered the Pulsio air as my older massage gun was too heavy. This is fantastic quality and is so much easier to manage.
Customer service was excellent and delivery speedy. Would definitely recommend.

Delivery was slow without any real updates. Sauna tent is actually a steam tent. Access door difficult to use, and does not open low enough, trip hazard every time you get in or out. Don't understand companies that offer a trial period but then in the terms and conditions say product has to be returned unused! Other than that it's kind of fine.

Fantastic purchase, I ordered to recovery pro, arrived next day, made a massive difference to my recovery after long run.

Great product love the simplicity of how it sets up. Only feedback is your advertising. You seem to get more free gifts a carry bag with the standard but when you pay more for the pro you get less.

I have lymphodeama and I was advised that it is a brilliant tool to help with my swollen legs. I've only been using it for less than two weeks and after my 20 minute treatment I can see my ankle bones again. I use it twice a day morning and night and am still using my wraps and am so pleased with the result. Thank you it has made such a difference and I know lymphoedema is for life, this has given me hope for less swelling. I would recommend but I do not have broken skin or infection in my legs.

Seems to do what it says - but being asked to right a review after 1 week for a product that takes months of use to see meaningful results is a bit pointless. So i'll review it in the middle, not enough time to review it properly - but if Pulsio want a review here it is.

I had to send my hip compression boots back which im really disappointed in doing as it doesn't come with the machine and its not made clear enough on ALL the adverts that ypu need the machine or have the full length boots to work them , and the worst bit was im out of pocket as you have to paythe posted to send them back, so im hugely disappointed and frustrated as they looked perfect!!!

I recently bought the pulsio boots and pulsio tens pods and they are a game changer! As someone who runs 50miles a week and hits the gym , I knew I needed to recover better. I have noticed the difference from the first use! Next step improve my sleep :) thanks pulsio for such high quality products.

Haven't been using very long but it seems well made
and can feel the benefit after use.

The heated accessory for the massage gun did not meet expectations, does not produce enough heat and having to remove it to switch on/off or see if it is on is a pain.

Really impressed with the pulsio boots overall. After an initially fault with the right boot pulsios customer service was excellent. Picking up the query on a Sunday and organising a replacement boot straightaway. Would highly recommend.

What a great little massage gun. Loosens all of my muscles.

Great service from placing the order to receipt of the product. The leg compression system is making such a positive difference to the movement of my legs. As a stroke survivor, muscle tension and oedema impact on my rehabilitation. Daily use of the system has massively reduced swelling and relaxed the muscles.

The Pulsio Air I bought has stopped working, just after 13 months since its delivery. It was used regularly without it being overused. It was charged regularly at the correct voltage and using the USB cable supplied. Customer service had no options for any repairs and as it was just outside of the 12 month warranty, only a discount was offered for buying a new one. A £70 device should last longer than 13 months and this device, along with the £55 of accessories I bought along with it, can now be thrown in the bin! I cannot recommend buying one unless you want to throw money away. Device not working and lack of customer service. No repair options available and if the issue I am experiencing is the alleged exception, Pulsio would have the confidence in its product to replace it after 13 months even if outside of the 12 month warranty. This without implying it was the customer’s fault, who happens to have used numerous USB rechargeable devices successfully for many years without any of those other devices failing!
