should be a ZERO stars

should be a ZERO stars! Ordered product for $10+; never received. Was charged $59. via credit card. Called number listed for phone, not accepting calls. Started a dispute with bank for overcharge of $59+ - unable to reach merchant via ANY means. This is a GIANT SCAM. All customer reviews have been BAD. I should know better than to trust ANYONE selling online for ANYTHING!

This complaint is in regards to "PUMICESTONEPROS.COM" and their Repeated and Excessive Orders and Charges.

This complaint is in regards to PumiceStonePros.com. It appears as though the entity addressed previously, on this website, was pumicestone.com -- but that website is DOWN, and available for purchase by someone foolish.

Similar to the complaints about pumicestone.com, PUMICESTONEPROS.COM is up to the same tricks as the former entity.

To wit, although the first invoice and charge to my CC were immediately canceled, and disputed with my CC company, this new entity is sending me even MORE products I did not order.

I have cancelled these "new" orders (2), whose invoices arrived in my email inbox, via email sent to pumicestonepros.com, as well as contactATpumicestonepros.com. Both were promptly cancelled, and my CC company was contacted and instructed to dispute any charges from PUMICESTONEPROS.COM.

In fact, PUMICESTONEPROS.COM sent me two (2) additional orders, both of which were cancelled via email, and the charges disputed with my CC company.

Golly gee, I detest these type of sellers.

I was charged over 3 months before I realized what was happening and could not get my money back. She’s located in Doral. Horrible experience. I asked them to send me a copy of the ad - crickets!!

Less than 0

Less than 0. I ordered two pumice stones, the second one 40% off with NO SHIPPING I received them with an invoice of almost $20. Shipping was added. I wrote them and complained. They refunded $6.99 for shipping said there was a handling fee, charged me $15.97 plus $2.61 for what I don't know and are now charging my credit card $39.99 a month!! I've contacted my credit card company but cannot warn people strongly enough to stay away from this scam company!!

Snuck in a "superstore membership"

I ordered 2 pumice stones. I ended up paying just under $20 after taxes, shipping, and handling charges. Then they snuck in some "superstore discount membership" and charged me $39.95. The email I received was rude and this is clearly a scam to steal money from people. Still waiting for my refund

Deception

I made a purchase from this company last fall after seeing the product on The View. (View Your Deal) There was no indication that this would be a recurring debit from my account. I have been charged and no additional pumice
products have I received. This is wrong and I will work to get my money back.

1 star for this company is too much

1 star for this company is too much, buyer beware 100% SCAM. They will overcharge you without your concent and later claimed that you signed for something that you absolutely had no clue about. They responded to 1 email, just to tell me that they wouldn't be refunding my money, they claimed that I signed for a service I still have no clue what they are talking about. I found a copy of the order and nowhere there's anything about being charged
N obscene amount for anything. In my case I ordered 3 pumice for $2 ea. (what they usually cost at the Dollar store) except I was charged an addl $39.95 twice, thats $79.90 for 3 one dollar stones.

I ordered Pumice Stone and paid the price of $13.97 on my credit card. I received the product. My credit card company notified me that a few days later they also charged $39.95 and it was declined as fraudulent. Why would they do that??? I'm grateful that my credit card company was right on the alert and declined the extra charge. Beware...this is a fraudulent company so don't order anything from them!

When I placed my order

When I placed my order, they offered me the shipping and deep cleansing foot pads for free, so I accepted. Then when I got my receipt, I saw they they had charged me the shipping. I asked them about it and they wouldn't do anything about it except say that I could return it, but I would have to pay for more shipping. Terrible company, I will certainly never do business with them again.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!! I was charged $39.95 two times. I did not authorize this charge nor did I buy anything for $39.95.
This is not a trustworthy company. The pumice is not worth the $3.99.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...

I want to thank TRUST PILOT and all of the people who shared their experiences. I was filling in my name, address, email, etc. Then I scrolled down to the bottom because I WILL NOT EVER make a purchase unless they offer PAYPAL as an option. Mainly because on several occasions, I've had this exact experience: unauthorized charges showing up a month or two later. (There's always something in the fine print). PAYPAL will support you in these instances. That little bird in my ear kept on with: 'If it looks too good to be true, it probably is'... So, I decided to check TRUST PILOT and it's a good thing I did! You guys saved me from breaking my own rule because the price was so good.

I'm writing this so Pumicestoneco.com will be notified that their little trick has cost them a sale, because people actually research things and we talk to each other and share information.

We need more small, LEGITIMATE businesses.

Thanks again everyone!

Deceptive sale leads to $29.99 subscription

On 12/21/23 I ordered 4 pumice stone foot scrapers & a pop up asked if I wanted a 5th. All in all I bought 5 for $16.96 from pumicestonepros.com and pumicestoneco.com (I suspect they change their domain often)
On 1/4/24 they charged me $29.99. I emailed them & they said it was for a subscription to livewellx.com which I never agreed to. While I did receive my 5 items and they were responsive to emails, this website is running a deceptive scam. If they do not refund my $29.99, I'll request a chargeback with my credit card company.

Thought I was getting a neat deal

Thought I was getting a neat deal. Hidden in page after page of pop up clicks is you agreeing to be charged 30 bucks a month for a different discount site. Trash product for the trash website. I'd rather return the garbage to get my money back. Canceled the random subscription without an issue but refused to refund the 30 dollars.
