Sarah was warm and welcoming, made me feel as ease from the start. Kind, friendly and professional. Explaining every step of my treatment. What a beautiful experience for the first time at a Reflexologist. I am in awe at the difference at the end of the treatment. Felt lighter and she had freed up joints which were stiff to arthritus. Fantastic knowledge and can't recommend enough. Thank you Sarah I will return. Carry on being the lovely lady you are,making a difference.

I’ve had the privilege of visiting this lovely lady twice, I have extremely sensitive feet but Sarah handle them with great care. I found her to be very warm and professional, the treatment room was both calm and inviting. Sarah’s skills with my feet left me floating on cloud nine and I had no desire to put my feet back on the ground. I would highly recommend a visit to the Pumpkin Holistics.

I went to Sarah to help with sleep and injuries from training and I have never felt so better in myself. I was able sleep better and injuries were feeling much better. Sarah is so lovely and kind. I would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone.

From start to finish Sarah makes you feel relaxed in both her welcome and the results following treatment.

I also have ticklish feet and at no point was this a concern for me.
