Paragon: highly recommended.
Paragon absolutely know what they are doing. I would highly recommend using them over a regular plumber who is prepared to have a go. I've tried both, so this is the voice of bitter experience writing. If your sump pump fails you too really could be facing a flood.

Faultless work and service
Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Fitted a sump battery and did some associated works. Really clearly explained job. Excellent site report after the fact. Also service our sump annually. Could not recommend more highly.
