they market themselves as having a UK counterpart then dispatch from USA and make you pay customs charges without telling you! I work for the NHS and needed a case to protect my phone while at work! If i knew id spend £50 on a case i wouldnt have bought it, contacted customer service who said ‘

Poor product underpinned by garbage marketing
Two weeks to ship,no way of tracking my product ,I expected durable robust construction I have what appears to be a flimsy peice of plastic junk ,the "finger print plastic" doesn't work,can't use this phone with the case now using fingerprint verification.
2 uk pounds short of the £15.00 I paid for this object in import charges I had to pay when I got my message from the post office.
Lump of garbage not worth the wait at all.
Seemingly other customers have suffered the same, I've been stung twice by SCAM companies steer well clear of this one!

Terrible. UK website and currency is a ruse. Ships from US. Costs import tax. No cancellation (even immediately after purchase). They expect it to be sent back. Customer service is terrible. Get more responses on trust pilot than directly in private. Go figure. All responses disappointing

Punkcase who???
Totally disgusted with this company ordered a phone case from punkcase uk and then find out it's coming from USA and on top of that get charged customs charges!!!! Sent 2 emails complaining and finally got a reply, all they could say was it's not there responsibility when it comes to our countries charges - they should be made to advertise on there website where item is coming from and that orders may incur customs charges. Amount of money I spent I could have got more than one item!! Totally disgusted!! Would never have shopped with them if i had known.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Not only is the product of poor quality, the customer service is rude and terrible. My case broken within days of me getting it. After a lot of back and forth and me sending pictures of the problem they agreed to send me a replacement one. Then nothing happened for a month. Then when I got back in touch they insisted they needed to see pictures before discussing the case. I told them I'd sent them pictures and forwarded the email tron but they didn't acknowledge it and just responded by saying send us pictures or we won't speak. And now after I have sent pictures they have stopped responding to my emails. FRAUDSTERS! Don't touch.
