This company ships from Brooklyn (aparently). Not Australia.
Never recieved my order. Unable to make contact with the company. The courier says they cant track my order and to contact the seller.
Ive lost over $100 to this.

They are scammers. They never ship the item and keep saying item will be restocked and shipped and they won't refund either. It's been 5 months trying to ge refund. Stay away from this website!!

I emailed several times and no response. I reported to my bank and guess what! Punkcase responded! Offering my another 20% if I didnt cancel...
My bank got my money back as its fraudulent.
I am however abit shocked with this company as last year I had ordered my phone case and had received it...so I dont understand what has happened to this company..even thou it took a while to arrive.. I thought it was Australian based company 🤔 but its Brooklyn!!
Sad really as I love my phone case...hubby ordered same one from Australia 🇦🇺 (yes properly researched) and within a week delivered!
So folks, get in touch with your bank and report punkcase as fraud!!

Should be able to give then 0 stars, Sent the wrong case and wont replay to emails or webform enquries. SCAM WEBSITE

This company is a scam and theives of your hard earned money ,ordered case months ago ,never arrived ,get bot responses.No refund will ever arrive ,should be put out of business for scamming and.ripping people off ,NEVER NEVER purchase anything from them.

Ordered from this company because they present as if they are based in Australia but they "ship" out of Brooklyn, USA.
Recieved a DHL tracking link which showed that my delivery went nowhere before the link became invalid.
After six attempts to contact both of their email addresses (their shopify email account bounced back), I recieved a response requesting the order number which was provided not just in the email but it was the subject heading.
No response again.
Have contacted my bank.
Pathetic grubs.

Fraudulent Company! Don’t waste your time with this horrible company, I ordered 2 phones cases around 4months ago. Punkcase said they had been ‘lost’ in transit and they can resend or refund. I asked for a refund and I have only received their automated reply’s since…4 months and around 15 emails DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I've ordered a s22 ultra case back in 2022 from punkcase Au they were really good till now was recommending everyone to them but after my latest experience with them never again will I recommend any of my friends to buy from them

I placed an order for another s22 ultra case back in April 9th 2025 as my one after 3 years is starting to break from wear and tear and was happy with the case so wanted to buy a new one and guess what still have not received it till now and its been nearly 3 months

have emailed them multiple times have even requested for them to give a call to resolve this issue multiple times no calls from them, have asked for updates many times and I will be ignored or im replied to like a week and half later and all I get as the reply is the following,

The item that you ordered is a great product but at the moment it is only available for preorder. The item will be restocking within 2-3 weeks. We will ship it out to you right away and you will also receive a tracking number they have given me this response twice now

I have even asked for them to refund me my money that I paid for the items as its been 12 weeks and still awaiting the case and a powerbank that I ordered. I have reported this company to Fair Trading

very unprofessional and customer service is beyond a joke no phone number to call punkcase AU Either very disappointing with how ive Been treated I suggest no one buy from this company as they will treat you the same

I am now involving fair trading to either get my products or a refund on the items that I purchased and paid for

Would give no stars if I could. Had to wait 3 weeks for the phone case to arrive. When it did arrive it was the completely wrong case, not even close to the case I paid for. Send numerous emails to rectify the issue, they did initially reply offering me a 20% discount to keep the item but then when i declined they stopped replying to me when i asked for the details to return the item. Absolutely shocking customer service and a complete scam. Do not order from this company

I wish I could give 5 stars as the product quality is great but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Ordered 2 cases, one arrived wrong colour & the second case was wrong model. They expect me to pay to ship the wrong items back before they dispatch the supposed correct ones. Also don't be fooled by the
au at the end of their website as items are shipped from America & if you pay the ridiculous $39 for the 2-3 day expedited shipping you will be disappointed as it took more than a week to arrive

We made an order and ended up receiving an incorrect item after about 2 months. The case we ordered was the right model for the iphone, however, the colour was incorrect. They offered to provide a 20% discount on the wrong item recevied or alternatively ship it back for an exchange(??) or refund. We opted for the 20% discount, as we waiting long enough and would just settle for what we had. Followed up with multiple emails asking when we would received the 20% refunded and there has been no response for the last 2 months. Would not recommend this company.

The website is a front to pre-order. On placing order, the company issues inaccurate tracking numbers and is non-responsive when requesting refunds. BUYER BEWARE.

Will send you the wrong product! Consistent with the hundreds of bad review's. Wish I had done my research before buying through punkcase.

Did not get the AirPods case I ordered. What I did get was a really cheap unbranded case that in no way resembles the picture on their website and on my invoice. Have sent off a complaint and request for refund, strongly suspect I will going to PayPal to resolve this. My experience is that this is a fraudulent company and should be avoided.

Don't do it, no where does it say you gona get your phone case in 4 weeks and you might not even get your phone case I havnt yet! There are a fraudulent company got my address wrong on DHL Delivery service when sent a link to track my delivery i sent them several email stating they have my postcode wrong they completely ignored this and said if after 4 weeks I dont get my product I can ask for refund instead of saying they are gona sort it out for me. Trust me they are fraudulent why would they IGNORE the postcode is wrong if they didn't have the intention of giving me the product i paid for. SCAMMERS no other name for them so beware
