Use a different shipping company. It's been 12 days since I placed my order and it still hasn't arrived. DHL is the shipping company that was used and no information on tracking other than in transit.
Well I never received my phone case…
Well I never received my phone case which is supposed to be a waterproof phone case for a Moto G Power 2025, We wanted it to be the thin one, but it was ordered wrong we could never get a response from the company, I found out this morning that it was lost in transit,no received a update or anything from the company very unsatisfied I feel like I have waited this long the company should send me the correct case next day,or refund my money and make us wait even longer to get the correct case this isn't my fault because of this I had to spend$140 to replace the screen on my daughter's phone and We still don't have a phone case. I've left about 6 emails asking what is going on not even the common courtesy of a return call or email. The tracking number says the same thing as it did 15 minutes after I ordered it. This is Y'all's mistake not mine please do what is the right thing to do. My number is 689-309-1362

I placed an order in septemeber for a case, my account was debited and i was sent tracking. 1 week goes by and there are no updates. I reach out and was given a BS customer srrvice reply about refunding 20% for the inconvenience and that a new cases would be shipped due to possibly being lost, cool, except it never was done. Follow up and now it the end of october, no case has arrived and my request for a refund is going ignored. This company is a scam and the worst part being that they are first to show in google searches. Do not buy from them. SCAM COMPANY.
Shop somewhere else
Item has been at the "shipped" stage for almost 3 weeks. Tracking says it will take at least another 10 days to arrive. Total time for shipping. 1 month!!! I have sent many emails requesting a refund. I have received exactly no responses.
Never received
Orders on 10/14 two weeks later and I still didn’t receive it. It says shipping label was created.
EXTREMELY POOR COMPANY - DO NOT USE
This is the second purchase made from Punk Case. The first was without any problems, prompt delivery, great tracking, no issues. However, this second time was the complete opposite experience. My card was charged immediately and 26 days later there was still no delivery. The delivery company use, DHL, reports that the tracking number is invalid, and when contacted they could not find any record of a delivery being submitted by Punk Case to my address. Attempting to contact Punk Case via their contact form (email) resulted in NO reply after a wait of 14 days, and attempting to contact them via their phone number immediately drops me into voicemail, where their mailbox is full and the call disconnects. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Once shipped I have top worry about the absolute worst delivery service (USPS) losing my package.
I will gladly pay extra to get UPS or FedEx to deliver to me.

Based on my experience I don’t recommend using it.
Purchased a case for my iPhone approximately £50 worth. It took 2 weeks to be delivered.
On the delivery date by DPD didn’t receive anything. The delivery company said it was delivered but didn’t provide any proof of delivery.
Contacted them and told me to contact the retailer and open investigation.
I did by email.
7-10days later and still no reply.

I want my money back. Been waiting weeks with shipping on the site says enroute but contact the shipper they say it hasn't been given to them yet. Been way too long assuming must be a scam.
Was okay until it wasn't
Most of the time everything was okay - I ordered, paid, and the case I wanted came.
PROBLEMS always came accured if emailing them: they responded unsatisfactory/or if they didn't understand why you emailed in.the first place, and they didn't email back unless you started a new email thread. The last time I ordered from them was during a sale, but only one items came out of the two I ordered. I have emailed them, and when eventually replied too, to say my item would be sent, it.never is... been over a year now.
