Punkcase is a scam!

Punkcase is a scam!! Run, don’t walk from their website!! Ordered 2 cases a month and a half ago and have heard nothing. Nothing more than a bunch of punks!

9 months

9 months. 9 MONTHS LATER my phone case arrived. Wouldnt refund money, (i tried after two months) or answer emails. And the case was shit. I would of got a better one off ebsy or temu.

Scammed by punkcase

Paid for a solar powerbank 28th December 2025. Was sent a dhl delivery reference, stating they were waiting for it. I went onto dhl and entered the reference two weeks later, it was cancelled as they never recieved the item. I contacted punkcase and was informed out of stock , it will be sent in two weeks. So 2nd week in January. It is now mid February no item no correspondence just ignore emails opened a case with visa.
Another automated reply from punkcase, note they are still selling this item.

Absolute SCAM. Avoid!! Never got my order

Never got my order. They said “punkcase, 11 Feb 19:27

At this point we will assume that the package is lost in transit as per the tracking number provided.
We can either reship or issue a refund?”

Asked for a refund but they never got back to me. My bank is involved now so hopefully I’ll get my money back…

Received a black case instead of a green one

Received a black case instead of a green one. IMPOSSIBLE to get a live person to talk to & vm is always full. Emailed them 5 x’s & not a single response. Piss Poor customer service & will NEVER order another thing from PUNKCASE they are PUNKS ! Turning in as FRAUD to my bank & getting my money back. You want your wrong case come & get it. beyond pissed !

Ordered a case 11 Nov 2025

Ordered a case 11 Nov 2025 . Tracking number error.
I contacted seller . They are out of stock. Why im gods name didnt you update your site and state "out of stock" . Over the next 3 months I tried to contact seller numerous times . Nothing . Had to get PayPal to get my refund

Really terrible customer service

Really terrible customer service. I chased up my order after ten days and no progress, no reply or response to emails, and I have requested a refund but still no response. Do NOT use this company, especially in the UK as their UK website fails to advise that products will be shipped from the US leading to massive delays.
