The worst people to deal with

The worst people to deal with. They sent the wrong case then said I could send it back for a refund or keep it and get I discount on a new one. I sent it back. Now they won't answer my emails. And and won't refund my money. Don't buy from theses idiots

Avoid This Dreadful Company

This is the second time I have bought a punkcase for me and my wife and on both occasions they have let me down. On both occasions they have messed up the order by sending the wrong colour for one of the cases and on both occasions they have failed to either respond to my messages or correct their mistake. I will never use them again!

I placed my order 3 weeks ago thinking it would have shipped shortly after, i was wrong. My 3 cases still haven't shipped and now I have to order something different due to non shipment. This should never happen and I'm not happy.

Non response from PunkCase to emails and phone calls.

I would like to point out that I am happy with PunkCase case that I have.
I am including my correspondence with PunkCase concerning non-delivery of items ordered and PunkCase's various responses. This correspondence goes on and on

If you are not willing to do this, then I expect a full refund for both orders as well as 10% interest on what I have been charged.

as I wrote a number of times, I am very happy with the products that I have purchased in the past.
I bought a Punkcase waterproof case for my Galaxy Note 9 when it was still working.
I do a lot of off road bicycling and the Punkcase waterproof cases offer the best protection.

Waste of time and money
