As others have said, wish I'd checked reviews first! My experience mirrors others; issued DHL tracker which kept me hopeful for a while that it was on the way, only to eventually disappear and the tracker link became invalid. I now suspect the actual DHL page was fake. Either way, website appears to be NZ based and product was charged in NZD. Perhaps my bad for not checking deeper, but hey, is it too much to assume people are honest? Endless emails back and forth, no action. I do tend to hold a grudge, so contacted various NZ authorities and was disappointed to learn there is little can be done to stop these scammers. I'd have thought whoever administrates NZ website domains would want to protect our good reputation? Anyways, happy ending, shout out to BNZ who fully refunded me, an easy process that took just a few days - so got my money back and appreciate BNZ taking on the debt - hope they squeeze them dry!

SCAM. Never order from here - it won’t arrive and they won’t refund you but they’ll offer to and keep replying to your emails for months to keep you hopeful. Immoral and hopeless.

Product hasn’t arrived and emails going unanswered

I wish I could give 0 stars this website is an absolute scam. Its been 4 months now and still no product. The emails are clearly not monitored by actual humans because every email i send just gets an apology offering 20% off, what good is 20% off nothing???
Really wishing I had read these reviews before buying.

Absolute scam.
Made to seem like a NZ website.
Ordered a couple of phone cases.
Only to find they were supposedly being shipped from the US.
Only update on the shipping in over a month is “in transit to mail centre”
Was completely ghosted after contacting the company requesting a refund.

Misleading name, delayed order delivery, once it arrived, it was the totally wrong make, model and type of case that I ordered!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a case for a s23fe and a case for a s24 and a solar charger....only the s23fe case turned up and it doesn't even fit the phone.. i have emailed multiple times and struggle to get a reply and when i do they ignore most of the questions and still not had a response about my missing items.

Ordered a phone Case and a powerbank of this crowd, waited 10 days for delivery and the wrong case turned up, and no powerbank.
I reached out to them by replying to the email that my order came through on, and they replied to ask for the order number... which is IN the email subject line. Concerning right? I reply with the order number, to which they respond to say delivery can take 6 to 8 weeks... ?
I got my order, its wrong, they didn't read at all. Pretty shocking, I've given them 24 hours to send my money back, or I'll go to my bank.
I wish I'd checked reviews before wasting my time and money :(

Ordered one product, a different product arrived. Customer service, not bothered - offered 20% of my next purchase - bold assumption that I'll be back with that BS. Avoid this retailer. On the upside, the wrong product arrived quickly.

bought white metal case for z fold 6,got the fold 5 and black. got shiped from USA not in NZ. shit company, I will never come back.

Scam website. Product arrived but not what I ordered. Ended up with a phone case worth $2 on a good day but paid over $50 for it. No luck communicating with the company and can now see this is a pretty standard experience for their customers.

Case arrived decently quickly.
Was through DHL Global so I figured it would take a while.
Case is what I ordered.

I regret not researching this company before purchasing from it. They did not send the item I had ordered so I was left with an alternative product and partial refund after dealing with rude automated responses.

Never received item don't buy from this site they are a scam and if you email them about item you just get a automated message saying it’s still on its way

Con artists! Wrong case. No replacement or refunds. All responses were auto generated. Read their reviews and they have put 5 stars next to poor reviews. I repeat, con artist scum.

Was sent the incorrect item, and when trying to sort out the issue, contact was dropped with no more attempts at contact receiving a response.
Additionally, the case that was sent was of poor quality and would not do much to protect a phone.

This company is a scam and a fruad! Ripping people off, in the process of trying to get them blacklisted from NZ bank accounts for trading.

The quality is really poor. I have had my case less than 3 months and it is already falling apart at the edges and peeling off in chunks of paper or rubber or whatever material they are made of. Not impressed such a waste of money. Given that they didn't respond to my emails regarding tracking I doubt I would get a response from them for a complaint.

I have two orders pending one from last January 2023, faulty earbuds. #NZ27022 and one from last March 2023, #NZ27789 Different two pair of earbuds ordered never arrived. As per emails send below.
Just disgusting communication is stopped after 5 May 2023

Hi team, this order has been received on Friday 20 January 2023.
Though one pair of earbuds is not working correctly.
The left one is working the right one is not working.
We only found out now as the person for whom I bought it for was
on a holiday to India from 18 January 2023 and has just recently
