Bad customer service from start to finish
Purchased a s25 ultra case in light blue thinking it was a UK company item came from USA, when arrived they sent a purple case not what I ordered. Contacted the company via thier online form, reply I got was send item back to usa and they would exchange or refund item (this being at my expense) as they would not cover cost of return even though it was their error.offered the company to arrange collection as item unused and available to be collected replies from them was to return item again no mention of them covering the cost.Contacted bank with all evidence and they issued a refund.
All I can say is punkcase UK and punkcase.com have no customer service they do not care about their customers and do not take any responsibility for the errors they make or even care,
BE WARNED PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST OR USE PUNKCASE UK DIABOLICALE JOKE I CANNOT SAY SERVICE AS THEY HAVE NONE!!!!!!.

Don’t waste your time or money
Sent the wrong case and then told me I had to return to America at my own cost. After I pointed it that this was their mistake they stopped replying.
I ended up doing a charge back through the bank it took a while but I got my money back and threw the case in the bin.
They seem to send the wrong product out quite a lot according to other reviews on here.
You can also buy the exact same cases on Ali express for £5-10.

Improvements on delivery and customer service updates
The product is really great, hence me buying the case again. The order has been over 6 weeks awaiting shipment from the USA. They have yet to get back to me about a refund or when the case may arrive. it's really sad as the product it great.

Bad scam company
I ordered a phone case from this company it was gorgeous and a lovely blue colour too I got a order comfimationan and also tracking email message it was saying it was coming from New Jersey in United states I was led to believe it was coming from UK since then I noticed the tracking email has disappeared and they sent me a review form to ask how I like it I sent a message saying I had not recieved it so couldnt review it now looking on line at the reviews for this company are shocking I have been scammed i have messaged them 5 times and never recieved a reply back so please dont buy from this company because you will be dissapointed like I am
