If you had a zero rating I would give this company it .Ordered 2 cases ( not cheap ) no cases arrived .Got given the same reason as most people have had and that's there not in stock
Asked for a refund and have heard big fat zero from them .
Please do not use this company .

It would be zero stars if I could. Website said product delivered in 7 to 10 days. I ordered and paid. Tracking said order dispatched, but made no progress beyond NJ depot. When I contacted them, they had no stock and 3 to 4 weeks lead in. I cancelled order and asked for a refund. Over 5 weeks later, no refund and they won't reply to me emails. Basically a scam.

They took my money and haven't delivered. Only communication I've had was from someone who couldn't be asked to read my message. Since then? It's been crickets

Please please don’t buy from this company , great if you don’t get a problem but awful when you do , my product wasn’t delivered and they confirmed it was lost in transit , but now I’m left trying to speak to an automated response and impossible to get through , it’s cost me my money and no product, please don’t go through what I’ve been through the last 4 months , you can’t get through to a real person

Scummy individuals. Ordered a case for my son believing that Punkcases was an established and reputable brand. On this occasion it didn’t occur to me to think otherwise and check the reviews as I typically do as a matter of course. Ordered 13 Nov and now 23 Dec and nothing has arrived. ‘DHL’ tracking link doesn’t work and no replies to multiple emails. I shall simply contact my credit card company to deal with the issue. Well done scumbags, you’re making the world a worse place, hope you like what you see in the mirror.

Gutted didnt read reviews. Uk address is a dupe, item "comes" from America. Mine shows registered with DHL 2 weeks ago and 0 update on tracking or reply to company chasing it being sent

I am trying to get my case replaced as one of the rubber buttons fell off after a few years, and they are guaranteed, BUT they want an order number for something I purchased years ago,I just hope they are good on there guarantee and ship me a replacement

Ordered phone case several months ago, case never shipped, never received a refund despite several emails. DO NOT USE. COMPLETE RIP OFF FOR OVER PRICED GOODS.

A total rip off. The company send you a DHP delivery link that eventually expires. They don't reply to your messages either.

I've not received my goods after 6 weeks or ever expect to. There's no way to get your money back. The company shouldn't be allowed to trade. Disgraceful.

I Order samsung Samsung S22 ultra case at 8th September 2025. it's still on en-route. when i email them they first reply said it's missing and they will reship & it will take 6-12 wks. i said i don't need it can you refund please. then No reply. Sending them email at least 10-12. but no reply it was £38. They are fruad.don't buy from here.

Unfortunately can’t give zero stars.
Ordered product, 22nd August, informed in transit 24th with tracking number.
Tracking has now disappeared.
Sent emails with no response. As of today, product purchased still not received.
Don’t waste your time or money with these fraudsters. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Customer Service is usless, product not delivered, after contacting them twice im told to wait. Already 7 weeks.

Placed on order for an iPhone X case £37.95 on the 15 August 25. 3 September 25 still not received. No reply to email send to customer service. Fraudulent transaction taking place, I would not recommend shopping here.

If you live in the UK do not use this company! They took my money £21 and I never received the product! A week after I ordered this I ordered one from China (Temu) and it arrived a week later.
If America wants to compete with China they have no chance!

Ordered 5 weeks ago. No chance of ever getting the product. Never respond to queries. Offered refund,still not had a penny. Please do yourselves a favour, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Complete scam!!
