Dont waste time and Money, no customer concernes

Having falleb for knee pads on pinterest. ordered and bought pair. After many email chases and two misinformed incorrect delivery data? one arrived? Not sure who would use one kneeling pad? After loads of patronising polite mails, including request for picture of the missing one? it appears the full advert on web shows one item with option of a further one? They are poor manufacture caters do not fit, straps and foam pad require attention. Now months later Punkybobs have had my cash on ordering, and now claim "all my fault" including poor manufacture, no return or refund? Even Punkybobs obviously don't want them? They are vastly overpriced, money is their aim, forget the customer, they are just a source of revenue. You can buy two sets of two on line for less than they charges me months ago, for 1/2 set? Give your money to a good cause, do not deal with this patronising money targeted company.

Poor quality product and shoddy “bot” customer service

I bought a “projector screen” which was just a really really poor quality piece of nylon. Despite showing a uk registered office and advertising a returns policy, when you contact them you get a “bot” response and request for videos of the “defect” - not sure how you video poor quality. I have requested a refund and just got a repeat of the exact same cycle of bot response and request for videos. Reading the small print the returns need to go to Vietnam at your expense and they don’t refund sale items (not much use on a Black Friday purchase) This is is NOT a uk company and I was caught out. I don’t expect this will get resolved so it’s a waste of money and definitely would not recommend using them.

AVOID!

Would happily leave 0 stars if I could. Placed an order, 5 days later I had en email saying my order was out of stock pick another colour (which I did), then told it would take 30 days to arrive! To which I said forget it just cancel my order. Back and forth to customer services (which are USELESS), and they’ve said it’s my responsibility to cancel the order (to which I have via email). Been told that I won’t get my money back unless I cancel my order which I have done. So such a waste of money and time! Customer service is very very poor. These were shoes for my son who requires specialist shoes! AVOID!!

Pigeon deterrent

I bought an ultra sound detergent to scare off pigeons .It worked for a week. I reported it to punkybobs who successfully delayed the process for several weeks by repeatedly asking me to send videos and photos, which I did , then they eventually said the order was too old to deal with now as a month had gone since order. Don’t buy any rubbish from this cooked outfit

Unprofessional customer service won't let me return

I ordered an item from punkybobs,I no longer needed it as my neighbour had dealt with our bird issue in the garden.I wanted to return it intact the same day it got here.They say you can return items on website,I tried to do returns process on there website but wouldn't me. I was sent an email to say if there is no defect you cannot return it you must use it.I didn't even know it was coming from another country either.Came from Vietnam.That doesn't matter but in this country you are allowed to return most thing.Unprofessional wording emails,you can tell not professional.Dont bother ordering,I've asked them to remove my website account. I'll gladly pay for postage back.I did email 3 times,you replied and said no return

Product was exactly as advertised

I ordered my item online and I was very wary after reading online reviews and not getting an email conformation for a delivery date. Anyway I did get my item 3 weeks later and it was exactly as advertised. Overall was pleased that it was not a scam as some reviews have mentioned. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 only due to lack of communication after the sale.

I ordered the magic tap water feature. When it arrived most of it was missing and what did arrive was cheap nasty plastic. Supposed to be a fathers day present but I had to go out and buy something else.
Emailed them to complain but no response.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a costume which is far too small, emailed and asked for returns process, told me that this is ‘very long and complicated’ and told me to keep the item!!!

I want my money back!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Order placed 12/5/23 but I still haven't received the product until today (31/5/23, I paid £3.95 for shipping). I got their message about the tracking detail but that number doesn't exist in the courier's system. When I tell them the situation and they just copy & paste the same message with the same tracking number. Just like you can also see all their answers on trustpilot is the same without heart.

Looks professional - once you pay everything stops. No items received, no items shipped. No customer service - a clear front. They will come on email and say ‘sorry, delay’ etc but this is stalling. Avoid.

DONT BUY from these frauds! Not honest sellers

Guys DO NOT buy from these jokers. They are a fraud. They sent me a bird repellent product that does not do what it’s supposed. Doesn’t work. I emailed them to say they should send me info to send the produc back to them so I can get a refund. They emailed back saying I should send a video of the product not working (red flag immediately). I sent the video, they then responded that they’ll offer me 70% refund if I keep the useless product or I can send it back to them for a full refund. I said I’ll take 70% and then the clown emailing me said ok they will refund 70%. A day later the clown emails me again that I should said ANOTHER video of the product not working in the dark… like wt? What time of fo*lish company is this?? They are not honest sellers and are frauds tbh. I’ll now be contacting my bank and marking it as fraud to get my FULL refund. Save yourself time and stress and just stay clear of these weirdos

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, the worst customer service I've ever recieved. Argumentative and disingenuous.

I ordered a harness for my dog ( which, is no longer even available / viewable via their website?) so that I could attach a 4k sports camera to record footage of him off lead at the dog park.

This harness looked similar to a lot of others, it featured attachments on the chest and back just like the official GoPro one, but was a lot cheaper - it said it'd be dispatched quickly (this was a lie) - when I found out HOW LONG it'd take to arrive, I emailed them to request that we just cancel the order and please could I receive a refund. They told me it'd already been sent, but that once I'd received it, they'd send me the information needed to send it back and arrange a refund asap.

It took so long to arrive, once it had - I thought that perhaps I might as well try it, as I wasn't in a position to afford the official GoPro Fetch harness yet anyway.

I tried to record some test footage from both the back camera position (behind the dog's head so you can see their ears) - and from on the chest position (so you can see their paws) - when I got home, reviewed the footage and tried as best as I could to help it along with editing. It was unusable. Even with the harness tightened as much as I could with my dog still being comfortable, it was so LOOSE - flying around everything - I even tried purchasing extra attachments to ensure that wasn't the issue. The quality of the actual 4k camera was fine when he was standing still, but once he started walking or running, it would slide down or smack into the harness itself just, ultimately, recording a blur.

I relayed this information to PunkBobs... they requested proof... I made and send them links to 4-6 YouTube videos (unlisted as they're not good enough to be on my boys channel) and they STILL wouldn't provide me with any information regarding how and where to return it - let alone, apologising or mentioning a refund.

It was a battle. Everyday I woke up dreading checking my inbox. I thought I'd surely dealt with the issue the day before, I quoted laws and websites that were on my side, went to bed, and there was a misunderstanding or I had to send something again.

I think they were being deliberately disingenuous as an effort to draw out the process to a point where enough time had passed from the initial purchase to where they wouldn't have to issue a refund.

I have screenshots of all of this.

The only time they did reply to me as they should have was after I issued a charge back with my bank and then they got involved with investigating my case for me. (I'm about to go to the Post Office to see how much this'll be to ship to China... PunkyBobs have said that I need to pay for shipping... of course they have, what else do I expect from them at this point?)

The worst customer service I've ever received.

Vietnamese email, Chinese company. - Perhaps a little was lost in translation, but this company has NO SOCIAL MEDIA and - I will never use them again, and I will actively warn anyone I can to avoid them.

Dispatch time stated 5 days LOL

Dispatch time stated 5 days. A month later I’ve just had an email to say dispatched. I emailed the company to ask for an update on dispatch after 10 days. There response was to state - don’t be in a hurry, and then delays due to covid and border delays (it hadnt even been dispatched and they didn’t answer my question)

Order was taking ages ! I asked for refund they stated on January 29th , “ too late it’s been sent” , I smelt a rat !! a big one!!
I investigated this company, it’s in China !!
I asked y the delay ? “ because you ordered on a public holiday “ LIE!!
Today! 6 th February I get an email from them confirming it’s been sent TODAY!!
Like I thought they lied about it being already sent!!!when it hadn’t !!!
