So I’ve been having trouble with the site’s location. It was better when the format was identical to its sister site Chanced. Everything is in order as far as my hardware. So what’s the deal? Never had trouble playing in the live dealer section until the site changed its look. No live dealer play because it says my location is not on. Which is B.S.! Also Chanced and Punt need to change Paysafe out as transaction handlers. It lets you make one or 2 purchases and after that it locks you out. So essentially you can’t get your bet back until the next day. That’s not very fun….. Btw sites like Stake and Mcluck let you make unlimited purchases consecutively and consistently. Ease up on the fraud bot protocol. Use people not bots. Or just change Paysafe out. Without these quirks Punt and Chanced would dominate the scene. Thought you should know

Punt used to be my fav platform but they have went downhill terribly bad. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Redemptions used to be amazing and now they are also shitty. They used to be instant and now idk how long they take but I know I’ve been waiting OVER 24 hours for mine. Support will tell you it may take up to 24 hours and that’s a lie it’ll take over 24 hours. Very very displeased with all aspects of this platform

There are a few bugs here and there, but the platform runs like a dream more than 90% of the time. Friendly service desk with a surprisingly effective AI helper. I wish I could make it pay me enough to quit my job, but it’s great fun.
