❌Joined a week ago and deposited quite a bit of money, scatters are rare and when they do come in for the first 6 spins nothing then very little for the rema spins. Also noticed that you get two scatters and the 3td one always stops just before the reel stops. I have played different games on £1.20, £1, 80p, 60p and 40p spins also played on my iPad and o' my phone and this makes no difference. Loose loose loose. Message them and same old story they have o control. Guys I have played on many sites and this as got to be the worst by far they are greedy, keep your money in your pocket as you are guaranteed to loose. I have contacted other relevant persons to investigate further as something is not right here. I shall update if any changes in thee meantime ❌stay away❌

This company took my £10 as part of a welcome offer, then without notifying me decided I wasn't eligible to receive the bonus 100 spins. I had to speak to customer support to find this out.

Update: They are now requesting further details to supposedly check the legitimacy of my review. I assume this allows them to then remove "fake" reviews from the trustpilot wording in their email.

Just to be clear, I have no issue with a company refusing certain people from certain offers. The issue is that they don't notify people of this until after they take your money in the first place and then I have to reach out to them to figure out what is occurring.

Gina went above and beyond to help me with my issue!

I dont know about the winnings but the customer service i got is very impressive and this is not a small thing cause most of the online slots website they take ages to reply or to solve what we are looking for im really happy and best conversation i ever had to solve my problems thank you LAURA

I just wanted to say a nig thank you to Gina @puntit. I made a mistake on one of my bets and completely out of her goodwill she went above & beyond to help me out. Hey Customer service was fantastic, professional & friendly.

Absolute joke. Asked to provide ID which I did and it's now 48 hours later and I still cannot play, even though they were quick enough at accepting my deposit. If they are not quick enough to verify me, then they are not efficient enough to get my money. Huge disappointment. 25th June, 96 hours now and still waiting. Customer lost.
