Hi, wat een vreemde reactie. Wij printen op mega hoge kwaliteit (en op 250 grams premium papier), dus de kwaliteit van de print is ontzettend hoog. Ik zie dat jij een Marble Dark Grey poster besteld hebt. Hier vermelden wij nergens dat dit met 'glimmend' goud geprint wordt. Check de volgende keer dus even de informatie bij het product. Lijkt mij een kleine moeite :-) Zoals besproken, zodra de mooie poster retour ontvangen is, storten wij het aankoopbedrag netjes terug.
