Never received order and no one will get back to me!!!
I placed an order on 12/26 to be delivered to New York and received a tracking number. I tracked package which showed no locations and classified areas. It said it was delivered on 12/28. It has not come and I still haven’t heard back from them. They seem like a scam and just take money with no customer support.

THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
I was so excited about this toy so i ordered a ball for my pups. Received what looked like a used scratched up ball that did not work. I put batteries in and nothing. I contacted the company and sent video of the ball and how it was broken and scratched up. They replied ONE MONTH later and said they would send a replacement. I still to this day have not heard anything back. It’s been 3 months.They haven’t sent a replacement, nor have they refunded me. They are ignoring my numerous emails on trying to get a status update. Their website claims “customers come first”. If you order from them I guess you have to keep your fingers crossed that you receive a ball that works because they will not care!
