I am so pleased with my order . I’m not sure why so many of the reviews state that the quality was poor or size was off . my dogs Lv coat is the cutest thing ever . It’s so thick and heavy . It looks adorable on . Kinda disappointed I can’t upload an image to this review so you all can see for yourself . My dogs coat is definitely winter time worthy . I measured her and compared to the sizing chart she was kinda in between sizes but I went with the bigger size and it fits perfect . I also purchased her a leash and harness set and there isn’t anywhere I go that I’m not stoped and complemented or asked where I purchased from . I have order from this website 3 times . Amazing quality . I also have purchased fast delivery and received my items within two weeks . Definitely recommend!!!

This company is a scam..I order a jacket for my Doberman and went by their stupid size chart and it still didn't fit...not to mention it took like 3 weeks to get here and now they are refusing to refund me or even send me a return slip to ship this junk back...CRAP customer service as DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY..they leave me no choice but to dispute the charges..

The dog pajamas I ordered did not fit even close to as advertised. I asked for an exchange and they sent me a canned response offering a 50% off coupon (the item is always 50% off anyway so there is zero value with the coupon). On top of that they thanked me for the photos of my dog and said he was cute - I NEVER SENT ANY PICS so it was clearly a canned response.

I placed an order on 11/27, it was out for delivery on 12-12 but returned to sender due to problem with my address. I had provided correct address on my order. As of 12-16 it is now unable to return to sender. Will I now receive my refund? Horrible service, I absolutely do not
recommend.

The material was thin and the outfits don’t fit properly not to mention they are difficult to put on and zip. The site said satisfaction guaranteed but I got nothing but a major run around when I tried to return for refund. I now will have to alter them myself or throw them out. What a waste of time and money. The warehouse is in China and this company is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. (Date of experience represents today as this has been going on for weeks.)

I'm so happy . I have a big boy with short hair. I could never find coats or Sweaters anywhere until now. He got a jacket and sweater and they both fit him very well amd he looks so handsome

Low quality dog jacket. Defectively sewn, leg openings too small. Unusable as delivered. Returns must be shipped to China, shipping costs more than the product, etc. etc. Expected more from a company based in Israel.

It’s a great fleece jacket but the under belly was big. I had to cut material out and sew back up or my dog would keep peeing on it. Female’s would have no problem.

Never thought I’d complain about dog clothing being too big for my 2 dobie’s but they are. I measured and ordered according to size chart and the 9xx is larger than the 10xx. They are very difficult to get on the dog and they pull back cause the neck is too loose. The material is very thin and stretches out of shape very easily. Sorry but I’m not impressed
