Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. After attending a different puppy yoga in the Bay Area, I fell for buying a lower cost membership with this club that services San Jose, Santa Clara and other CA locations. The commerce on their site is non transparent. They do not let you update your credit card (they promise a secure link that never comes via email), they don’t provide accurate receipts or accounting online and they don’t let you delete your account “with an active subscription.” They take days to respond to emails from their “support,” and never provide solutions. There is terrible parking at both locations close to me and extremely limited availability, be prepared to pay more to park in SJ. For one venue they advertise parking at a different business across a very busy street that is also full. It is also very hard to book a an actual class (as they all show as full for the locations where parking is viable if expensive) which makes trying to use class credits difficult. Despite the parking challenges and lack of availability they will not let me out of my membership and will not delete my account. They are happy to collect money knowing that I will not be attending classes and not seeing the value due to the unexpected friction of availability and parking. The commerce on their site is not clear and difficult to manage. Buyer Beware.
