We had a great experience and our little Romeo is the cutest sweetest little puppy he has brought so much joy to our home!

I received my puppy in record time, and the transporters kept in communication with me, even calling to say they were ahead of schedule and brought my puppy earlier than I was expecting! Also, my puppy was delivered right to my door, it doesn’t get better than that! My German Shepherd puppy is beautiful and highly intelligent! The PuppySpot team is amazing to work with and has it down to a science! This was my 5th PuppySpot puppy, and every one of them have been wonderful dogs! I can’t say enough about my great experiences with PuppySpot!

Lynn was very helpful after I made my decision on the Havense I fell in love with. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, informative and understanding in answering all of my concerns. She explained very well the different delivery options. I chose the front door option very convenient.

After waiting multiple years to get a new dog, I spotted my Corgi now named Winston on PuppySpot and fell in love. I called PuppySpot and they were extremely helpful in answering my questions and provided me with more details to make me decide to move forward with adoption. They were extremely communicative and were available for any questions that arose. It was great not to have to take my puppy on a plane and the delivery company and fee was definitely worth the price. Getting a car package for my Winston was helpful and very sweet. My husband and I are so happy. We “adopted” a puppy from PuppySpot exactly one year ago and decided to get him a new friend. When we spotted Carley (now “Ariel”), we knew in our hearts that she was the one. The two transport gentlemen are awesome. Very attentive and caring. PuppySpot kept us informed of her present diet and the when’s and where’s of her transport. I even spoke with the breeder briefly and could tell how kind he must be towards his puppies. The communication was exceptional during the preparation and actual delivery of our puppy.

We made up our minds in the course of a 12 hour period one weekend, did some research and found puppyspot. I spoke with a kind gentlemen who guided me towards a great reputable breeder and our little guy, a Great Dane pup! The customer service, responsiveness, the process as a whole was flawless! All the way down to us choosing to make a weekend out of driving to pick up our lil guy when the time came! The hardest part was indeed the wait! The breeder was very knowledgeable, sweet and our Lil guy was well cared for just like puppyspot said he would be! We would highly recommend anyone looking for a fur baby to come be part of the puppyspot family, we aren't going anywhere! Thank you, Teddy at now 4months and 50lbs thanks you too!

In my opinion I feel the company can have better customer service. For example after we purchased our golden retriever, Aaron was the representative that helped me through the process, he was nice, asked screening questions, advised I can contact him anytime to ask questions. I called him and texted him 3 different times with no reply. I felt, once they received our money they were done. I wish the breeders would up date photos, give more of a bio of each puppy and their schedule to make transition a little more easier. I wish they did more of a background check on who will be adopting their puppies, anyone can lie on screening questions and their puppies could be given to an unsafe home etc. This was my first time using a puppy concierge, and will be my last. I would prefer to have communication with the breeder. At the end of the day, our puppy was delivered safely by Buck and Justin, but may have given wrong puppy food. We love him so much.
