Amazing customer service. It's not often you come across a company with such great values and service anymore. Pupsdream exceeded expectations so thank you.

The information on the site was quite comprehensive, the quality of the products stood out, the site itself is very user-friendly, free shipping and the ability to track progress was greatly appreciated. And the company standing behind its product with a generous return policy, says it all. When did I buy pups? I tried to return a purchase only to get a long winded email asking me to explain my decision to start a return and to call. It was the most insulting and coercive email I have received in my request for a return purchase.

There does not seem to be a phone number attached to this business anywhere I looked.

Never again.

Quick to arrive, and easy ordering experience. These definitely work! We noticed the difference within a few days with our Jack Russell who, when we first got her, was getting heaps of ticks. She never had an issue while she was wearing the tick collar- great product. Just need to put a cable tie on to keep it on otherwise they fall off eventually

Just your sizing is not correct I have had to buy a large dog coat for a small dog. Secondly when I asked for your address as I don’t know where you are sending from I wasn’t given it. Which was disappointing

Took a while to arrive but the customer service was reassuring. Dog bed is a success with our pup.

Great machine, our dogs have slowed their barking down to just about nil, when they bark they realise that following the bark will be an uncomfortable sound. It is funny to watch their reactions and you would think they are saying “oh no, we have done it again”
I have tried several other machines that did not have the positive effect on them. I thoroughly recommend the Pups Dream product

My dog absolutely loves her new bed. It is gorgeous and she’s very happy in it. It did take a long time to be delivered but worth the wait

Our little lady loves her car seat. It made her feel safe and secure from the very first ride so now we have no trouble with road trips!

Product is great, great value. Shipping notifications could be improved, but not the company’s fault

Nice bed, dog likes it, took a full week to turn up though.

My 13 year old cocker spaniel absolutely loves his doughnut style bed. He had a big operation and his bed actually arrived the day he had operation. So when he came home he had a comfy cosy bed to rest in. He has since used it day and night. Best bed I ever bought him. So thank you from very happy pet mum and of course Hamish the cocker xx

I bought the cloud bed in preparation for a visit by some friends with their dog. The bed was a bit delayed in transit so I ended up buying another bed at Target. That is what the dog slept on for the first night. When the cloud bed arrived I put it down next to the other bed. The dog immediately climbed into the cloud bed and that was her choice every night.

The bed is amazing, really good quality and our pooch loves it.
Delivery was good and came when expected.
Would definitely recommend

My dog absolutely loves the bed - He’s only 11 weeks old and before it arrived he couldn’t be anywhere if not right next to someone, now we can leave him alone for an hour or so and come back to him comfortably on his bed! The company is wonderful in customer service and came to australia within two weeks which I’m very impressed with :)
