Avoid At All Cost

Avoid at all costs. Bed took two weeks to be delivered….it had not even been despatched after a week when I contacted them. By this time I had bought an alternative from another company. Tried to initiate a return and, as others have found to their cost, I have just been fobbed off with suggestions that I donate to a centre and get a receipt before they will issue a refund. There is no one near me that will accept these beds, even completely unopened! The company have refused my request to simply return the bed directly to them. This all leads me to believe that they are not UK based. I am now having to instigate a claim through my card company to try and get my money back. My advice - take a long hard look at their terms & conditions before parting with any money. Even then, I would steer well clear!

No refunds

Like others have said, the 100 day moneyback guarantee is false. After several emails (offering store credit) me threatening to call my credit card company, they told me that if I donated it to a pet shelter and got a receipt, then they would issue my refund once I sent them a picture of the receipt. I’m not even sure they would’ve issued a refund then that would’ve accounted for 100% of the money that I spent, so I have settled for a store credit. The issue with that is that they really don’t offer very many items outside of dog beds and a few other random things. I will update this review if there is some sort of snafu with spending the store credit. But as others have said, I feel like it’s deceitful advertising on the part of this company so I would shop elsewhere.

Stay away from these rogue traders

Stay away from these rogue traders. They advertise a 100 day money back guarantee, no questions asked. When you then request a refund they refuse and use delay tactics to get you to accept store credit. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere with a reputable retailer. These guys are crooks.

THEY HAD MY PERSONAL ADDRESS BEFORE I GAVE IT! DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE

Just as the previous person wrote they do not honour what they advertise. There is no returning option. There is no refund. More importantly BEWARE I was on their website. I wasn’t completely committed to the purchase. I never got to review the purchase NOR DID I PUT MY ADDRESS BUT THEY HAD IT! I notified my bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. SOMETHING IS VERY SUSPICIOUS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I’ve never had an online experience like this SCARY

Company are not uk based and lie about delivery times. I would not have ordered from them if I'd had known. I will not be accepting the delivery.

bed XL

Had a rethink on my order initially placed , contacted customer service who changed my order to a larger size . It took many days to arrive which was a surprise as I thought it was only coming from Cambridgeshire. But it did and the dog is happy.

Brilliant company…

The company were fantastic at customer service, especially when I had an issue, very responsive and helpful.
I was kept up to date with delivery expectations as well.
And the actual bed, my dog is obsessed!! He won’t lay on the sofa with me now, always in his lovely bed!! So I am absolutely thrilled that he is so happy and it looks good in the lounge too!

Wrong sized item return happiness

I got the wrong size item. I sent an email to the team and within a day they had a new one on the way. When I asked if I needed to return the original they said there was no need and to donate it to a shelter or another dog in need. So kind! Thanks Pupsdream, team of legends!

Our cats absolutely love their pups…

Our cats absolutely love their pups dream beds. They are warm and calming and they will snuggle up for hours in them. We have three cats and I had to buy another larger version for our Burmese brother and sister and then our older moggie has her own bed as the first bed we purchased was very much in demand and causing competition to see who won the favoured spot! My only reservation is the plastic packaging you use. I would love to see a paper bag alternative or a degradable plastic, other than that I have three very happy cats!

All my interactions with Pupsdream were positive. Ordering process was very easy and products arrived seamlessly. Everything we ordered to date has been great. We ordered few items for our new rescue and can’t wait for her to use them when she arrives.

TRYING TO WARN YOU! BEWARE Of Pupsdream!!!

One of the newest reviews I read, says "if I could leave a zero star review I would". Its become very clear why. Wish I would of read more reviews before I purchased anything. From the beginning my Pups Dream experience has been a train wreck. Pups dream won't refund you, but they will continue giving you a "credit" to buy more of there crappy HORENDOUS products instead of refunding. Their"100% satisfaction return" is a joke. Don't be fooled. I was trying to be nice by not writng a negative review the first two times I had to deal with them, but after FINALLY receiving part 3 or 4? of my final replacement order I was so disgusted I had to warn others! Pups dream actually sent a "fish dog toy"today that was the final straw! The fish is USB activated. My dog had the plastic piece inside the toy (the one that needs to be charged) destroyed in under two minutes...and he wasn't even trying to. HOORAY for y'all at PUPS DREAM. You won. You scammed. You cheated. YOU STOLE MY MONEY! Shame on your company for sending crap products likely purchased from Temu or some other second party company so you can hike up the price and pretended to (re)sell as yours.
