Lovely Dark Grey Plush

Well packaged.clear instructions to fluff up.lovely plush fabric in outer. I purchased the Medium in dark grey colour. Despite measuring & purchasing according to breed, I found item to be huge. Possibly would have fit my previous 20kg border collie comfortably
I was disappointed in cheap covering over base cushion.it could have been made of a more durable covering material
I’ve had to vacuum seal & intend to store for about a year as much too large for my Cavoodle puppy. Should be great when he’s fully grown & able to sleep out of his crate without getting up to mischief. It won’t fit in his crate. He’s currently using a cheaper, small calming bed which he loves. I’ll wait until he’s well & truly outgrown his cheaper one & is out of his puppy stage before getting this one out again. I’m sure he’ll love it.

Premium calming beds
I ordered two premium calming beds for my staffy x and my English bull terrier when we pick him up on the 15/06.
My Staffy x loves his new bed as soon as I took it out the packaging he went straight to sleep after sniffing it.
Can’t wait for my bull terrier to enjoy his new bed as well when we pick him up.
I will definitely be recommending them and using them for buying gifts 😊 xx

Really happy with my sofa protector purchase from Pups and Beds. Its quality is fantastic and my pup loves it! The only snag was the delivery, which took a bit longer than I expected. So I ordered one of the calming tents as a present for my daughters wee puppy and I was pretty fuming to say the least on 1.Thr Evri driver must have known the item was damaged as the packaging was also damaged and you could see the item was damaged too but she handed me 3 parcels and walked away. Now I have not even opened the rest of this parcel as am truly annoyed.
I have sent emails to get this parcel returned and I would like the details of how you get the parcel returned because strange enough return policy is a bit cagey and gives you no return address. Me thinks trading standard should be involved in this company because I do not think it does have a trading address in the UK. Me thinks it is a front for a Chinese owned / based company... Awaiting on a reply. Ps. Not happy I could not post pictures

Really bad customer service and poor condition of bed.
Extremely disappointed in condition of comfort bed, cost £80. Emailed many times with no response for days then get an automated response. No contact number to reach them and despite sending pics and a video they say my video wasn't good enough (it was fine) and to re-send it. Done this with and still no reply. Have tried Facebook page and messenger to get contact. Absolute disgraceful customer service.

My puppy was stressed when in car, but since getting the calming car seat he immediately falls asleep and travels much better than before. The seat could be more fluffy in the middle but overall it’s not bad. Size large fits perfectly for 9 months old Labrador. On the negative side, I did not receive any tracking number or any updates about my parcel progress till emailing the company and then email on the day that the parcel is due for the delivery.

Almost perfect
I was a bit apprehensive buying this bed for my boxer who instantly “digs” and rips new beds. But as soon as I put this down he stepped on it and within 2 minutes was snoring his head off! He usually jumps on and off the sofa when we are sitting there but he didn’t move all night. And this has continued since then, we rarely see him off it! I love this bed, can’t recommend it enough!! Go buy one, your dog will love it. I gave 4 star instead of 5 as delivery has taken 3 weeks.
