I found a brochure of pürblack at an art exhibit elixir bar. I did not know anything about adaptogens at that time so I was curious what shilajit was. I ordered my first batch and tried it with honey to make the taste a bit more fit to my pallet. The smell was very earthy. The first month I felt a huge difference with mental clarity. Overtime I felt more energy throughout my day and I replaced my coffee intake with just the resin. Blended it with thyme and other herbs to give it a variety of flavors. Since the product also came with a brochure about mushrooms and its benefits, It opened up my eyes to the world of fungi and now I’m at optimal health!
