Gave a great customer service from start to finish. Gave us their time, giving us plenty of advice before purchasing. No pushy sales. Just wanted us to be happy. Experience and great knowledge about the sim racing world. Ordered easy, delivered next day. Cracking set of lads. I will only use Puresims now.

This company are awesome… BUT… they need to change their courier… For the third time from ordering off Pure Sims, UPS have been unable to find our address - which really isn’t that difficult. So I have to go pick up from where the UPS drive deems close to the address.

Helpful staff that let me try all the equipment in the showroom, letting me get hands on and feeling the quality of each product.

From start to finish an excellent service provided by the team at Pure-Sims. Reached out to Christian who helped put together a couple of quotes for what I’d need to get myself up and running with a rig and talked me through the differences of each item to help me determine what would be best for the space I have.

Once ordered was kept up to date and they even managed to get it to me faster than expected due to an item initially being on back order.

All delivered safe and sound and help was on hand when I had questions on how to mount the seat slider and brackets.

Even got a free floor mat thrown in as my order was recorded for the socials! Cannot recommend the team at Pure-Sims enough!

The delivery was spot on, next day if you order before 2pm. But man oh man, the order picker either needs an eye test or an IQ test. Ordered a moza SR-P Lite clutch pedal and was sent an SR-P clutch pedal. There is no phone number to contact them, so you have to message them through WhatsApp... They did send out the correct one eventually as a swap out.
Jeez get your order picking correct guy's.

I appreciate that companies are at the mercy of couriers and have to firefight issues that arise.

I had an excellent experience with Puresims' customer service. I ordered a 15th birthday present for my son, expecting it on May 22nd, but it didn't arrive because UPS held it at their warehouse. This was no fault of Puresims, as they dispatched it promptly. I contacted Christian at Puresure, who went above and beyond. He not only arranged for the delivery to be resent but also provided constant updates and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness. Even though the issue was with the courier, Puresims, through Christian, took responsibility and even sent a signed apology card from Ash. This truly shows outstanding customer service in resolving a problem. I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer. Christian, your help was invaluable!
