Went to another high street bike retailer (nearer to me) having telephoned to check they had the Gtech bike in stock, got there and they said they hadn’t got it !!!! Rang Pure Bike at Derby, they had it in stock and I asked them to reserve it. Went to collect, they had it built, tested and ready to go. They demonstrated the bike and checked I didn’t need anything else. Matt was the person I dealt with and I left feeling happy Halfords had let me down as Pure Bike and Matt in particular deserved my custom because of there excellent service, just wish they were nearer. Thank you

Prices quoted for the parts I needed…
Prices quoted for the parts I needed were obscene, however they were 20% cheaper than anywhere else I could locate them. I guess the high price is caused by the manufacturer. Cant fault the service. Oversea delivery within a few days. No hassle.

Great service, great communication.
Great service, I have been looking for a pair of gloves for a while now, and found a pair on Purebike. The service was great, no problems at all and after receiving the conformation email, a couple of days later the items arrived. I will defiantly recommend Purebike to friends.
