Dérailleur Sun race pas installé et retourné car je convenait pas ,chez pure Bike
Refus de reprendre le article de 75 euros tout de même car ils suspectent que celui-ci a été utilisé.
Je soupçonne que le article reçu a déjà été utilisé mais je n'ais pas fais attention au moment de la livraison.
Je ne commanderai plus sur ce site car incapable de faire un geste commercial .

Effectivement l'article que vous avez retourné comporte de nombreuses traces d'utilisation et d'installation notamment au niveau de la chape ou la peinture est endommagée (comme vous avez pu le voir sur les photos que notre SAV vous a fait parvenir). Cet article n'a par ailleurs fait l'objet d'aucun retour client , c'est donc bien vous qui avez dû le marquer en essayant de l'installer. En tant que client, vous ne seriez certainement pas satisfait de recevoir un article avec des traces d'utilisation ! Afin de ne pas vous laisser sans solution nous vous avons réexpédié à nos frais le dérailleur à l'adresse convenue, et restons bien évidemment à votre entière disposition .

So far never had to exchange a product. Customer for 5 or more years with about a hundred purchases. Quick shipping, good choice (although not the most extensive of all online stores).

Good stock and fast service.
Purebike were the only dealer in Europe that had the size I needed. Shipping from France to UK took 3 days. The whole process was super easy with great communication, I will certainly be using them again.

Excellent price
Excellent price, tracking number didn't work, delivery time to Slovenia was 9 days from purchase, package was in good condition but not well protected – original carton box was wraped in just thiny black foil, which was badly scraped during transport. Anyway I consider these as minor faults so I highly recommend PureBike, especially if you get very good price as mine was.
