I love using this company and all their products. I recently paid for overnight shipping and didn't receive my order for three days... otherwise, always happy with the producst.

Thank you for the review Samara, I investigated your order to see where something went wrong and found that UPS missed the mark on their overnight shipping due to a weather delay. The order should have been delivered Friday the 25th and instead they delivered Monday the 28th. This doesn't happen very often, as we routinely rely on their services for on time delivery, but there's always a chance. Very sorry this happened!
