My 2nd order of the same button the color was not the same but they worked with me to get the exact color I wanted and remade my order at no cost.

Item quality, including color quality, is amazing - exactly how it was pictured online. Customer service - James Totts - was very knowledgeable, efficient, and, most importantly, kind. He notated my order of when I needed it by to make sure my purchase would arrive prior to the date I needed it, which is so thoughtful. I would order from here again!
