The bellybands are not working. When shipment comes in all of the bands are broken. Please increase the strength of the bands if you continue using them. I'm not for plastic, but the shrinkwrap also kept the magnets from getting scuffed in shipping. There is a recyclable shrink wrap material you might consider. Otherwise, magnets and service is very good. Thanks, Charles Ziga

I've been really happy in the past, having made multiple orders of hundreds if not thousands of magnets. With the last order I received, however, the strength of the magnets was clearly and obviously weaker. The magnets were so strong before, it was almost difficult to pull them apart and they made a satisfying sound. Now, you can count the stacked magnets like playing cards. Please bring back the quality magnets you used mere weeks ago that made me a loyal customer.

Thank you David, I will share this review with our management to see what might be different about your order. It is possible that this is more of a change in how the finish sticks to the magnet material when they're stacked vs actual magnetic pull, as we no longer shrink wrap them with heat. I will investigate!
I use the refrigerator magnets as gifts and as advertisement. They always look great. I carry a few with me to give to people as I travel.
