The trainers didn’t fit and i didn’t know how to send them back I was told by one of your staff to return them to a sketchers shop near me but they wouldn’t let me do that so I gave them to my next door neighbour the card is no good to people my age who are not able to use the internet technology

BT rewards card = happiness
The BT rewards card is very quick and easy to use if tech savvy. Simply enter the details of the cards into the online shop and heypresto purchase successful. Would happily receive one again😉, thanks BT 😊

Can't access it!
I can't access the card & customer service have been absolutely useless.
It has also affected my credit score without me even applying for anything.
This was supposed to be a reward/gift, not a problem!
